Klein It was a hot day so unfortunately some dogs were not at their best. I was pleased with the overall quality of the dogs presented to me, and all mouths were good.
PD (2,0) 1. Rogerson & Rogerson's Flactem Try And Catch Me. Lovely in outline, finished off with a very harsh coat and high tailset. Lovely head, ears well placed, giving very spitzy expression. Correct angulations all round, moving with drive from rear, straight coming and going when settled. 2. Bradbury's Wychlea Rhonday Vooh. Stronger build than 1. Correct body proportions, correct front assembly with strong forechest, strong rear quarters. Level topline maintained on move, when settled down. Undercoat lacking today, giving a slightly long outline.
JD (1) 1. Davies' Edburton Frisky Fox. Very balanced dog, good depth to forechest, with moderate front and rear angulations, allowing him to move out well with drive and style. Harsh coat coming. Good head proportions, good breadth to muzzle. Neat ears, well placed.
LD (1,0) 1. Andrew's Porterble Sirius Black From Runfold. This boy's head is superb, broad skull, nice breadth to muzzle, small eye, neat ears, set well giving a soft but intelligent expression. Well ribbed up, short loin, high tailset, maintaining topline on move. Harsh coat, lacking in undercoat today.
OD (5,1) 1. Francis, Pearce & Storm's Stormavon Special To Me. BD. Scored in head and expression, so masculine and well chiselled, this boy continuously showed his attributes well. Balanced in outline, short coupled, standing four square, maintaining level topline on the move. Well ribbed up with short, strong loin. Good bone, lovely cat like feet. In full harsh coat with good tail and set. 2. Serman's Tymy Tymajusting. RBD Medium sized dog with good strong head. Excellent front and rear assembly, moved effortlessly with drive, straight coming and going. Loved this boy on the move. 3. Potts' Flactem Reflections Mit Rimazet.
PB (6,1) 1. Bradbury's Isadora Ball. BP So balanced in outline & feminine in every way, did not disappoint when gone over. This young bitch is so well put together she will challenge the best, seriously considered for top honours - just a little more maturing required. Lovely head, with an intelligent expression. Moderate length to neck, moderate angulations to front and rear. Lovely substance all over with good bone, moved out so well for one so young. Finished off with a dense harsh coat and high set tail. Outgoing, friendly temperament to suit, showed herself well at all times. 2. Moir & Moir's Stormavon Sky Flyer to Jansanleis. Just a baby, but another very promising bitch. Standing four square she presented a typical, almost square outline. Pretty head, with striking black pigment. Fabulous bone, straight legs, moderate angulations front and rear. Moved out well. Good coat coming. 3. Metcalf's Flactem Nightspot.
JB (2,1) 1. Storm's Stormavon Scotch Mist. Nice bitch with good proportions. Good head with correct muzzle: skull proportions. Moderate angulations to front and rear, nicely developed forechest, straight legs with catlike feet. Good tailset. Moved freely, with drive, maintaining level topline on the move.
LB (3,2) 1. Storm's Dourhu Miss Dynamite at Stormavon. Short coupled bitch, stood four square. Well ribbed up with short, strong loin. Broad skull, narrowing in a wedge to a well defined muzzle. Moderate stop. Good eye and neat ears. Strong forechest, moderate angulations front and rear. Lacked enthusiasm in the heat.
OB (6,1) 1. Bradbury's Ch Wychlea Aimy Vooh. BOB. Quality bitch in glorious condition, her harsh black coat sparkling. Stunning head with moderate stop and good breadth to wedge. Complimented by neat ears and almond eye. Well off for bone, complimenting a sturdy, but feminine, body. Moved briskly with style and drive from well built rear quarters. Great ring presence, handled well. Pleased to see her shortlisted in the group 2. Wright & Storm's Ch Orion Absolutely Fabulous. RBB. Another quality bitch. Shorter in outline than 1, well balanced, pleasing head proportions. Correct angulations front and rear. Moved with purpose and drive, co-operating well with handler. Not the coat quality of 1. 3. Serman's Ch Dourhu Black Velvet.
