Critique
PD (2) 1 Morgen &Bradbury’s Edburton Braun Fox. Plenty to like about this brown, nice for size, well made, compact, with good head proportions, though eye shape affected expression somewhat, held a level topline with a good tailset and moved soundly. 2 Trendles Lusam Neat N Tidy. A little longer cast than one and not quite the substance, however he pleased in muzzle to skull ratio, with neat ears, clean neck and level topline, moved a little close behind but was balanced for all that.
JD(2) 1 Serman’s Tymy Tymex. Sable, quite a showman and scored in head, eye and neck, just enough bone and shown in good coat, good set on and nicely balanced on the move. 2 Francis &Pearce’s Stormavon Sonofa Legend Of Longsdale. Cream, longer cast than one and not the front movement, pleased in eye with neat well placed ears and presented in good coat with a well set tail, moved adequately once settled.
PGD(4) 1 Serman’s Tymy Tymex. 2 Hughes &Forrester’s Candeas Back To The Future. Took time to settle, nice head, good stop and nicely balanced all through, tailset ok and held a level topline, though a little erratic on the move. 3 Halligan’s Icabel Shine On.
LD(4) 1 Wright’s Minigarden Emil Lovly Boy (Imp). Res DCC. Nice for size, compact and presented, in excellent coat and condition, pleased in head eye and ears with straight front, good bone and well made throughout, covered the ground well with plenty of reach. 2 Bradbury’s Wychlea Rhonday Vooh. Second of three nice males, balanced in head and body, compact, well ribbed up and carrying just enough bone, not much in this but just preferred the movement of one. 3 Trendle’s Lusam Crispin Blunt.
OD(5) 1 Mole’s Molead Moonbeam. DCC and BOB. Strong class and this lovely orange dog was presented and handled so well, balanced all through, excellent in coat and substance and scored in head with good wedge and breadth of skull, moderate length of neck, level topline and short, strong loin, moved out effortlessly fore and aft with good reach at front. 2 Andrews’ Purterble Sirius Black From Runfold. Head shape, eye and ears all plus points, carried himself well in profile, good bone and well made with topline and tailset ok and just the right angulation at the rear, a little erratic on the move at first but sorted himself out and covered the ground well. 3 Chambers’ Ch Nosregor Hot Shot for Musique ShCM.
PB(6, 1) 1 Delves Claran Pavlova, BP. Feminine and just 6 months, but quite a showgirl, nice for size, compact and well made, pretty head and pleased in eye and expression with well shaped and carried ears, front assembly enabled brisk and balanced movement. 2 Kettle-Whiles Lusam Spic N Span. O/s, just a little longer cast but nice for size and possessing a quality coat and nice outline on the move, scored in head and neck and shows plenty of promise. 3 Knight’s Oberitz Miss Swift.
JB(4, 1) 1 Moirs Stormavon Sky Flyer To Jansanleis. Quality cream here and one for the future surely. Balanced in head and body with lovely expression, clean neck and well held topline and good set on, just the right bone, correct angulation and once settled moved with reach and drive. 2 Hill’s Tymy Tourbillion Of Kilima. Another nice one and close up to one, keen and very showy, well made, quality coat, correct eye and head shape, straight front and strong loin, just preferred outline and balance of one on the move. 3 Penwarnes Sheldamar Spell On Voo.
PGB(2) 1 Highmoors Printzagems Temptation. Took a while to settle, pretty little bitch with nice head and expression, size and substance were ok and she held a steady topline on the move. 2 Thomas’ Gamecards Sugar Loaf Fairy. Pretty little girl but short on substance and coat, head shape ok, not too positive on the move.
LB(7) 1 Sotrms Stormavon Scotch Mist. BCC. Cream, quality all through and should make up, balanced head and body with shapely well carried ears, correct bone and substance, well ribbed up, short, strong loin and first class hindquarters, neat feet and moved briskly with plenty of reach from a good forehand. 2 Bradbury’s Wychlea Isadora Ball JW. Another exhibit of quality, showy, balanced and compact all through, head, neck and tailset stood out in outline and coat and condition were plus points, moved out well but felt one covered the ground to advantage today. 3 Highmoors Kartmel Bootlicious. Completed a trio of quality bitches.
OB(3) 1 Dyer’s Ch Wychlea The Dutchess ShCM, Res BCC. Cracking black showgirl with good bone and substance, compact and will balanced head and body, pleased in eye, ears and neck and held a level topline on the move, pushed CC winner hard but just lacked the sparkle in the challenge. 2 Wright &Storm’s Ch Orion Absolutely Fabulouso. Pushed hard for this class, finer and smaller than one but well made and compact, lovely expression, clean neck and nice lines, a little hesitant on the move at first but settled down and moved soundly. 3 Halligan’s Northern Light At Icabel.
