All breeds of dogs can suffer from Hip Displasia and there is a KC/BVA scheme available for this.
Visible symptoms may frequently not be seen in a small breed like the German Spitz so to date, only a very small handful have been hip scored in the UK as it is not considered a problem in the breed.
