DOGS

vet
(3) 1 Furber’s  Ch Oberitz Cozmopolitan At Holbain,  well presented dog in good harsh coat of correct texture. Stood foresquare balanced head with well placed ears. 2 Trendle’s Lusam Charlie Dobby Short coupled square dog moved very well. Level topline with well set tail. 3 Allison’s Terelatim Windy Miller Another nice  dog, well presented

SpP
(6) 1 Furber’s  Holbain Choc O Late As his name implies a brown dog very much full of himself today and so making him harder to assess for balance. Very nice to go over although appearing a shade long at present. Nice masculine head with good mouth. 2 Allison’s Oberitz Zedoary Nice head pattern with correct well placed ears. Good overall outline but again appearing a shade long. Well carried tail. 3 Horton’s Holbain Mr Pringle Well finished cream dog not as good on the move as two above him as persisted in throwing one rear hind leg out. Good mouth with lovely dark pigment and eye.

SpJ (7) 1 Hill’s & Gilrai’s  Cyfelin Rudna Romeo Very heavily coated dog with black mask. The abundance of coat obscured his outline and detracted making him appear stuffy. However proved to be nice when handled under the coat. Good bone. Nice dark eye with well placed ears. Moved soundly round the ring. 2 Wright’s & Kemp’s Orion And Your Point Is Black in good coat and condition. Did not move as soundly as the winner. Nice head and expression but could do with more filling under the eyes but as only a youngster this could come with age. Well set ears and tail. Good  body. 3 Morgen & Bradbury’s Edburton Braun Fox At Wychlea  Very immature brown not in best coat needs time to develop finer in bone than the two above him. Level topline, square in outline and short in loin with well set tail. Good mouth with well placed small ears, muzzle lacking coat at present giving him a slightly hard expression.

PG
(7) 1 Pearce & Francis’ Stormavon Sonofa  Legend Of Longsdale JW. Masculine dog with good pigment and lovely dark eye. Showed very well but would persist in standing with front toes out until brought back in line. Good coat and condition, nice in outline. Moved well.  2 Roberts’ Oberitz Sunspot  Orange & white particolour softer coat than the winner. Nice head with neat ears. Good muzzle and foreface. A shade long but nice on the move. Correct catlike feet. 3 Norkett’s  Applebanks Thruppence Another good dog finer in foreface than the other two. Lovely front with well laid shoulders. Good body. Well presented. Positive on the move.

L (6,1) 1 Oberitz’s Oberitz Sunshine Very glamorous orange shaded dog in excellent coat and condition. Well constructed,  balanced in outline with good bone and neat feet. Lovely spitzy head pattern with neat well placed ears. Good pigment with dark well placed eye. Mouth could be tidier but I forgave him this with the overall quality of the dog himself. Moved extremely well. 2 Serman’s Tymy Tymex JW  Very heavily shaded dog longer in the loin than the winner. Well presented with correct harsh coat. Good body, stood and showed well. Just preferred the head pattern of the winner. 3 Hamer’s Dajelilne Charmander Of Clarmer naf Cream, nice body and condition. I would have preferred a slightly fuller longer muzzle in order to balance the dog overall. Good tail set. Well presented apart from tear staining.

O
(12,2)  1 Bradbury’s Wychlea Rhonday Vooh (DCC) As already mentioned in my preamble this was the strongest class of the day with many quality dogs present. This is a young dog I have always admired and today he was on top form doing all that was asked. He has matured and now excels in head and  expression. Good mouth. Nice dark well placed eye. Well rounded muzzle with just enough filling under the eye. Well  constructed with correct front assembly.  Good body, moderate tuckup at loin and well set tail. Moved freely round the ring  on a loose lead. 2 Francis & Pearce’s Stormavon Special To Me (RDCC) Another quality dog on top form unfortunately his enthusiasm on the move cost him the top spot today. Very close up to the winner. Beautifully presented. Lovely head and expression with neat ears. Overall very well put together without exaggeration. 3 Kimber & Bridgen’s Ch Wychlea Ludo At Stonelight Well known worthy Champion whose presentation is a credit to his owners. Unfortunately lacked enthusiasm and sparkle when it was needed. A very sound dog well put together.

Good Citizens (4,1)  1 Trendle’s  Lusam Crispin Blunt. Soundly constructed black dog not in full coat. Beautiful in outline showing his overall balance. 2 Trendle’s Lusam Tuff Talkin ShCM Heavily shaded dog in good coat and condition. Smaller ears would improve the overall balance of the head which has improved with age. Good bone. Easy mover around the ring. 3 Holmes’ Oberitz Prinz Black dog finer in bone than the two above him. Not in full coat and could be more masculine. Mouth could be better.

BITCHES

Vet
(4,1)  1 Garwood’s & Highmoor  Ch Printzagems Vedi Lovely coat and condition for age a credit to her owner. Good head pattern with well placed eye. Balanced in construction co-operated well with her handler. 2 Wright’s  Chilite Midnight Magic Black with good coat and body. Nice dark eye. Moved OK. 3 Trendle’s Ch Lusam Beatty Romance Unfortunately right out of coat today and showing her age. Good conformation, moved very well round the ring enjoying her day out.

SpP (7) 1 Pearce & Francis Rimazet Serafino Of Longsdale (BP)(RBCC) Very feminine young brown bitch in lovely coat and condition showing a great deal of promise. Balanced throughout. Head with no exaggeration, correct proportion of muzzle to skull. Good mouth with pigment matching well to coat colour.  Good straight front with neat feet and moderate lay back of shoulder. Would prefer outline to be slightly shorter in back but she is only a youngster at present and still to mature. Moved freely around the ring. 2 Hamer’s  Lasaulette Tipp Top Tilly Of Clarmer naf Striking black & white parti.  Square in outline with level topline and correct short loin. Tail carried well over the back, another quality youngster. 3 Serman Tymy Footsteps Feminine black bitch in her underwear today; but at least hiding nothing. Showing her balanced outline with good front and rear assembly when she matures should trouble the best. Sound on the move.

SpJ
  (7) 1 Delve’s Claran Pavlova Cream with nice front angulation and well laid shoulders. Nice eye, good mouth. Looked good on the move. 2 Asher’s  Edburton Nacht Fox Quality feminine black in full coat close up to the winner unfortunately today carrying a bit too much weight over the back which held her back. Lovely head and expression. Well put together. 3 Griffiths  Dunbrook Pink Fizz  Black not in full coat but nice to handle.  Balanced head, nice in outline.

PG
(8,3) 1. Hill’s Tymy Tourbilloin Of Kilima Heavily shaded bitch litter sister to my second in Limit dog and very similar in type. Not glamorous on first encounter but a very sound workmanlike bitch to go over. Well presented, good spring of rib nice legs and feet. 2 Thomas Gameguards Sugar Loaf Fairy Very feminine bitch co-operating well with her young handler. Finer in type than the winner would prefer a slightly more filled in muzzle to complete the picture. Well placed ears and tail. 3 Wootton’s  Seirian Asta Sweet Stuff Pretty black and white parti colour who would persist in standing wrong. Correct dark well placed eye. Good head and  expression. Level topline.

LB (8,1) 1 Penwarne’s Sheldamar Spell On Voo Quality young black. Another not in her best coat today but what she did have was in gleaming condition. Lovely balanced outline fitting the standard well. Straight front with neat feet. Correct length of upper arm to shoulder. Good spring of rib, short in loin with well set tail to complete the picture. In full coat she will be a bitch to trouble the best. Moved positively. 2 Thomas’s Gameguards Christmas Fairy  Cream, another not in full coat. Staining around the eyes needs to be watched. Good mouth. Nice body with well laid shoulders.  3 Garwood Printzagems Tantalize  Black again not in full coat. Good balanced head and body. Unfortunately decided not to co-operate easily with her handler so had to work hard for this place When she did decide to stand and show revealed a lovely balanced outline. Moved well.

O
(7,1)  1 Bradbury’s  Ch Wychlea Aimy Vooh (BCC)(BOB) Black in excellent  condition. Today was her day and she topped a strong class. Coat harsh and of the correct texture fitting her well to complete the overall picture. Head has true spitzy expression with just enough filling under the eye. Good  mouth and all topped with neat well placed ears. Correct front and rear assembly and well laid tail. Excels on the move and looks as if she could go all day. A worthy Champion and representative of our breed. 2 Allison’s  Oberitz Astrobee Black again not in her best jacket. Finer in type than the winner. Very feminine and sound throughout. Nice to handle but today lacked sparkle. 3 Bradbury  Ch Wychlea Isadora Ball  Daughter of the Class winner and very similar in type.  In full coat and beautifully presented. Nice head pattern and lovely dark eye.  Well constructed and free mover around the ring. I just felt not so positive in front when standing as the two above her.

Good Citizens (5) 1 Trendle’s Lusam Parti Popper ShCM  Black & white particolour. Reserve in Open bitch. Very nice bitch beautifully put together with no exaggeration. Moves extremely fully co-operating with the handler. 2 Hamer’s Lasaulette Tipp Top Tilly Of Clarmer. 3. Wright’s Chilite Midnight Magic.
