KLEIN: I would like to thank the commitee for the chance to judge at such a happy well run show. I really enjoyed the day. Thanks to to my very able stewards. VD (6, 3) What a lovely start to the day. 1 Highmoor's Ch Kartmel Legolas. 10 year old black in grand form. So much quality about him. Good outline under which there was a firm well made and conditioned body. Standing with his front well under his shoulders and elbows neatly placed, good well sprung ribcage, short, well developed loin, topped by a masculine head and his smart movement. 2 Stannard's Ch Lusam Davey Dingle At Ulmarra. Mere youngester at 7, but this lad still had much to commend him. With his compact, short coupled body, well balanced head. 3 Trendle's Lusam Charlie Dobby. MPD (2, 1) 1 Hughes Forrester & Candease's Kartmel Charlie Brown At Candease. Handsome young brown, already a smart mover, with well made body qualities, well shaped wedge head with moderate stop, small well set ears, still looking very young. PD(4, 2) 1 Serman's Rochedo Bill The Badger By Tymy. Very mature looking bl/wh, all male with imposing outline. Good lay of shoulder and return of upper arm, making him stand well under himself. Well boned and well sprung ribcage give him a good firm topline. In coat of good texture for his age, brisk mover, commanding attention. Has well shaped dark eyes in his well balanced head, giving him an intelligent expression. Res Best Dog and Best Puppy in Breed and also Best Puppy in Show. 2 Dickinson's Paulgeo Abbots Boy. Shaded red with a lovely headpiece and well set ears, generally well made all through, making the most of himself on the move with his very happy dispostion, not quite the compactness of first. JD(2) 1 Allison & Hinks' Oberitz Buzz Light Year. Cream of good type, not the biggest but a lot of quality here. Well balanced head with correct stop, good body, well developed and well placed shoulder, brisk smart mover in good coat. 2 Holmes & Leadbetter's Birlington Bertie Of Bow. Red, much finer although than first, needs to mature more which, hopefully, will happen with time. PGD(7, 2) 1 Stannard's Ulmarra's Hot Toddy. Wolf sable, all male, well furnished and well made throughout. Big spring of rib carried well back, well placed shoulder, good legs and feet. Good expression from his dark well placed eyes, neat ears, smart mover. 2 Davies' Edburton Frisky Fox. Much to like about this cream, very typy and sound to and fro, well made strong body, good head qualities and balance, giving him lovely expression. 3 Serman's Wyndlee Twizzle Stick By Tymy. LD(8, 2) 1 Halligan's Nardik New Moon. Attractive cream of 22 months, compact, comfortable size and very typy. Stood on good feet and had the correct coat pattern. Firm hocks, good balance of head with moderate stop. Brisk, sound, easy mover. 2 Roberts' Oberitz Sunspot. Mature particolour, very well made with deep body and good spring of rib, standing well over his front with his neat elbows underneath him, sound on the move and true to type, felt he was a little overcoated. 3 Cook's Goldritz Stole The Sun. OD(7) What a wonderful class. 1 Highmoor's Ch Printzagems Verve. Black, so typy not the best mover maybe, but so well made, good balance of head, lovely lay of shoulder, elbows tight to well rounded and well ribbed back ribcage, good coat pattern. Stands there commanding attention which he does for his overall quality. Best Dog. 2 Andrew's Ch Porterble Sirus Black From Runfold. Extremely well balanced black with much to appreciate and commend him. 3 Cook's Gold Ritz Splash N Burn. VB(7, 3) 1 Trendle's Ch Lusam Beatty Romanze. Very typy black, thirteen and a half year old, making a wonderful femine outline. And, by the way she jumps around, is certainly fit for function!!! Stands so well over her front on her tight well arched feet, grandly motors around the ring, underneath her well pattered coat is a solid, well ribbed and knit body frame. Best Veteran in Breed and also in Show. Congratulations. 2 Trendle's Lusam Super Spats. Commands attention for her good outline and balance, similar style to first. 3 Wright's Chilite Midnight Magic. MPB(2) 1 Trendle's Lusam Toodle Pip. 7 mth wolf sable, very on her toes and showing! Has a great outline and well developed firm body, a little happy with front at present but all there correct and present. 2 Allison's Obetritz Happy Feet. Cream sable, very typy and has much to like about her, presents a more mature picture than one, sound mover. PB(2) 1 Bradbury's Wychlea Fhaye Tacomplea. Very dark, mature, typy brown with dark points. Big body and well patterned quality coat, good tail set and carriage. Attractive, well protioned head with cheeky expression. Smart, important mover. Shaded black, very true to type, standing on tight well arched feet. Compact frame, well bodied. Perky, brisk, sound mover both in profile and also on the to and fro. 2 Wright's Chilte Indian Shadow. Typy brown, not the profile movement of first, but still much to like. 3 Sheldamar Voodoo Doll. PGB(3, 1) 1 Sheasby's Baobab Barley Sugar. Golden 2 yr old of good style, most attractive head with lovely dark points, easy and comfortable mover. Well made firm body of good balance. 2 Andrew's Kartmel Nancy Drew At Runfold. Black, smaller but full of type and certainly happy.Well balanced head and great body. LB(5, 2) 1 Allison's Springlet For Happiness At Obertiz (Imp Swe). Pleasing type of brown, with well balanced foreface and flat skull. Stands well. Solid, well balanced body and hindquarters, great texture coat and of good pattern. Smart mover, loses her topline a bit on the move. 2 Wright's Chilite Lunar Moon. Much to like about this honest, well bodied gold. 3 Hughes & Forrester's Tymy Quickstep To Candease. OB (5) Quite a class. 1 Serman's Tymy Footsteps JW. Kept coming back to this very typy well balanced black, not the most glamorous in the class but has much (as they all seemed to in this class) commend her. Everything seemed in the right place and worked well together, top this with good feet and coat pattern and brisk movement and this took her on to win the class. Best Bitch and Best of Breed and Res BIS. 2 Trendle's Ch Lusam Parti Popper ShCM. Find this bitch very attractive and true to type, a good producer too seems. A most attractive head with a well shaped dark expressive eye, well made and knit body and a smart mover too. 3 Francis & Pearce's Ch Longsdales Jen You Win ShCM.
