Klein : As a general comment I have to say that there has been a great improvement in the general standard of movement of the Kleins since I last judged them. My other general comments would be that the temperament of the owners/handlers, remains as kindly as ever. We were extremely lucky in that the single steward who arrived to play that most important of roles was absolutely brillian in running a complicated ring to the best advantage.

DOGS:

P (3) 1 Gillies’ Kartmel Dark Angel. Small Keeshond type youngster with lovely movement. 2 Kimber and Brigden’s Wychlea Ludo At Stonelight. Handy shaped black chap who doesn’t want to grow any more. 3 McDonald’s Kismet The Kraken of Glandonald.

J (2) 1 Serman’s Tymy Tic Toc. Neat little dark coated chap who moved v nicely. 2 Temple’s Flactem Reflections Mit Rimazet. Smart youngster, but already big enough.

PG (5) 1 Bradbury’s Wychlea The Buzz Word. Smart, well balanced brown who moved neatly. 2 Hill’s Chilite Blue Chip at Cyfelin. A v reasonable, well shaped d. 3 Jones’ Lusam Tuff Talkin.

L (5) 1 Highmoor’s Kartmel Legolas. Smart black mover with a good correct coat and thoroughly acceptable expression. Res CC. 2 Jones’ Rossfort Cream Cracker. Aptly named d. Good looking all round but not quite as good in hind action. 3 Beard’s Ticapon Meritus Victor With Hasweth (Imp).

O (6) 1 Dickinson, Taylor and Ventura’s Terendak Bubble Barley. CC. Super expression, smart movement at it’s best. 2 Allison’s Fin.Ch.Oberitz Turbo Charged. Another aptly named d with true style. 3 Furber’s Wizaland Dr Papalou At Holbain.

BITCHES

P (8) 1 Storm’s Stormavon Spirit In The Sky. A right cracker with an easy temperament. Sound mover. Good coat. 2 Johnston’s Stormavon Silhouette of Dourho. V little to choose between them. 3 Bradbury’s Wychlea Aimy Vooh.

J (5) 1 Bradbury’s Wychlea The Dutchess. One of the best presented on the day. Went on to be BPIB. Neat as they come and one that should have a great future. 2 Serman’s Tymy Time And Tide. A v acceptable mover. 3 Temple’s Rimazet Zzephyr.

PG (4) 1 Bradbury and Lamming’s Wychlea Bee Bopululu. V neatly fashioned chocolate. Sound as they come. 2 trendle’s Lusam Superspats. Fascinating black with white toes, on which she moved well.

L (10) 1 Dickinson, Taylor, Robinson and Vent’s Terendak Bubble Cream Via Polielin. Went on to annex ResCC. Super moving, well balanced charmer with cream cracker. 2 Furber’s Holbain Heaven Sent, Exc mover, lovely colouration. 3 Serman’s Shetlock Infatuation.

O (8) 1 Rogerson’s Nosregor Classic Gold. BOB, and well deserved. Beautifully presented. Typical expression of the small spitz. Good coat texture. 2 Furber’s Holbain Snow Fox JW. 3 Taylor and Bonser’s Dourhu Black Velvet. I was sorry to see that so many white coloured dogs and bitches tended to have the orangy eye-staining which was the curse of the Japanese Spitz when it first arrived in the UK way back. We can do without it if we breed away from it.
