German Spitz

Klein I thoroughly enjoyed my day. The breed has made great progress over the past twenty years. We always had very good ones but the quality today was high overall and breeders are to be congratulated.

MPD (1) 1. Bradbury’s Wychlea Rhonday Vooh, lovely well proportioned black, excellent head and expression, lovely ears, very good tail, moved extremely well for a youngster.

PD (2) 1. Wychlea Rhonday Vooh. 2. Halligan’s Icabel Shine On, this is a nice dog, still a little shy even though 11 months, very short in the upper arm which spoilt the front movement, nice head and expression when he’s alert.

JD (2) 1. Morgan’s Dare To Dream Of Ahlen, this is an absolutely cracking example of the breed, doesn’t want to be any bigger but nevertheless beautifully proportioned, moved very well. 2. Davies’s Edburton Frisky Fox, another nice dog, a little longer cast, slight frown, not fully entire.

PGD (2) 1. Allison’s Oberitz Renegade, little slight for it’s age, would like to have a little more body, nicely shaped, very nice head. 2. Holmes’s Oberitz Prinz Charming, eyes a little narrow, mouth not quite correct, good shape though and very long flowing coat.

LD (5) 1., DCC & BOB Clarke’s Stonelight Enzo, superb example, black, beautifully proportioned, lovely tailset, gorgeous coat, fabulous head, excellent in every respect, the only criticism is that there was a lttle too much slope in the front pasterns. 2. Andrew’s Porterble Sirius Black From Runfold, very lively youngster, excellent outline, very good head and expression, very attractive. 3. Mole’s Molead Moon Beam, slightly longer cast than 1. & 2., excellent head and expression, superb coat.

OD (9,2)A class of compromises. 1. & RDCC Chamber’s Ch Nosregor Hot Shot For Musique Shcm,. lovely dog, coat not quite what I would like but exactly the right shape, good head and expression, moved extremely well. 2. Metcalfe’s Flacten Domino, another very nice dog, eye a little too round, beautifully proportioned otherwise, again moved very well. 3. Francis, Pearce & Storm’s Stormavon Special To Me, very good example of the breed, let down by front movement due to short humerus.

MPB (8) Lovely big class. 1. & BP Bradbury’s Wychlea Isadora Ball, cracking puppy, should do extremely well in the future, lovely head and expression, moved extremely well, gorgeous coat. 2. Thomas’s Gamegards Sugar Loaf Fairy, another very pretty dog, not quite the front movement of 1. but should do well. 3. Highmoor’s Printzagems Temptation, black and white, again a lovely shaped dog, just not quite the tail carriage of those above.

PB (4,2)1. Wychlea Isadora Ball, 2. Holmes’s Precious Sapphire.

JB (4,3) 1. Storm’s Stormavon Scotch Mist, standing alone but lovely cream, beautiful head, excellent pigmentation, a delight.

PGB (6,3) Overall quality has been very good and this class is no exception. 1. Hookway & Bentley’s Biddle Sweet Like Honey At Beaulion, lovely shaped bitch, moved beautifully, lovely head and expression. 2. Trendle’s Lusam Parti Popper, not the front of 1., really lively beautiful example of the breed otherwise. 3. Allison’s Oberitz Raven.

LB (8,2) 1. & BCC May’s Chilite Painted Feather, cracking bitch, beautiful black and white, wonderful example of the breed. 2. Storm’s Dourhu Miss Dynamite At Stormavon, another nice one, just standing a little bit broader in front than 1., excellent conformation, good mover. 3. Dyer’s Oberitz Lady Illusion At Javarm

OB (6) 1. & RBCC Serman’s Ch Dourhu Black Velvet, 2. Francis, Pearce & Storm’s Ch Stormavon Silhouette, 3. Bradbury’s Ch Wychlea Aimy Vooh. This was an amazing class – the best of the day and packed with quality. They really showing what Klein bitches should be like. There was so little to choose between them so there are no individual critiques because there was everything to praise and virtually nothing to fault in the first four and the others were close up.
