Critique

My thanks to everyone who braved the appalling weather. In Kleins I found a few mouth problems, some round eyes and short forefaces,  and surprisingly one or two less that good temperaments.  Movement as always was mixed but on the whole some excellent dogs it was a pleasure to judge.  In Mittels I found some really exciting youngsters who must have a good future. Thank you for the privilege of judging your dogs.

PD 1 (0) Serman’s Rochedo Bill The Badger By Tymy.  Well coated beautifully marked particolour,  well grown but still immature, with strong head and firm body enthusiastic mover.

PGD 3 (0)  1 Mole’s Chilite Shooting Star Very sound little cream dog, well bodied, good angles front and back ,  a tad short in foreface but  pleasing ears and expression, super texture coat and positive mover. 2 and 3 were differing types,  3  was a very nice but naughty brown and I was unable to assess his movement.  2 Serman’s Wyndlee Twizzel Stick By Tymy.  Well proportioned black with  attractive head  finer boned than 1 and lifting a little in front movement Good outline when stacked.3 Eades’ Seirian Mr Bojangles

LD 3 (1) 1Kemp’s Orion Black Dazzle At Yanlan Loved this little dog for his overall make and shape so good to go over everything in the right place, lovely proportions and harsh coat,  would prefer a better eye shape.. 2 Beck’s Nardik Tiger Woods another black,  supper texture of coat  strong head and good angulation front and back, moved out well, slightly longer in loin than 1.

OD 3 (0) 1 Highmoor’s Ch Printzagems Verve.  Well constructed black with super outline and well set neck carrying his excellent  head well on the move. Correctly shaped dark eye,  missing in many today,  and good ears.  Correct proportions of foreface and back skull giving a lovely expression.  Well bodied with a good tail set  Good  balance of angulation front and back . Well coated with correct texture and nice feet.  Eventually settled on the move to give a faultlessly smooth performance to win the CC and BOB and I see was pulled out in the group. 2 Andrew’s Ch Porteble Sirius Black from Runfold. Another very typy dog.  More on the leg than 1 he also has an excellent head eye ears and expression and well balanced proportions.  Super outline when stacked just pipped by 1 on the move. RCC  3 Cook’s Goldritz Stole the Sun.

PB  2 (0) Difficult decision between these two sable pups  Both had super texture coats, excellent temperaments good bodies and nice expressions..   1Trendle’s Lusam Toodle Pip held her slightly shorter topline better on the move and the stack which eventually gave her this class and the edge on the DP for BPIB. 2 Allison’s 2 Allison’s Oberitz Happy Feet. A very promising happy puppy with a nice head but did not settle on the move which I am sure will come with time, certainly lived up to her name.  

JB 3 (1) Wright’s Chilite Indian Shadow.  Pleasing little brown bitch with feminine outlook   Well textured coat  good body moved soundly both ends.  2 Penwarne’s  Sheldamar Voodoo Doll, solid well constructed black bitch slightly heavier in head than 1.moved soundly.

PGB 5 (0)  One very nice bitch in this class threw it away with her attitude on the table, worth persevering with.  1 Allison’s Oberitz Cocoa Bean  lovely dark brown, liked her head proportions, neck and body, well balanced and moved soundly only needs a touch more maturity overall and more coat to finish the picture..2 Beck’s Nardik Moonshine.  Cream well coated with good texture, slightly longer cast than 1, good body and feet and moved out well.  3Griffiths’ Dunbrook Pink Fizz

LB 6 (0) 1 Chamber’s Printzagems Viva La Diva For Musique.  Lovely head and eye on this black bitch, well bodied and coated, nice proportions, everything to like, very narrowly pipped on the day by the CC winner. RCC.  2 Hughes and Forrester’s Tymy Quickstep To Candease. Well proportioned black with a good body and tight feet ,not the ears of 1 but  pleasing expression with dark eye.  moved out well. 3 Allison’s Springlet For Happiness At Oberitz (IMP)

OB 4 (0)  Serman’s Tymy Footsteps JW  Black bitch on top form,  Excellent balance front and back,  with a good well developed body, correctly set neck and tail.  Feminine head with good eye and ear.   Sufficient coat of good texture and moving out soundly at all times the further she went the better she moved which gave her the CC. Just piped for BOB by the dog’s excellent head balance.. 2 Trendle’s Ch Lusam Party Popper SHCM Another lovely bitch, I have admired before with good quality parti colour coat and good angulation, well muscled, attractive head and can move out well but a tad high in front at times on the day 3 Sheldamar Spell On Voo
