JD (4) 1 Wright’s Montblanc Bjorn Ironside at Orion, this brown needs to carry more bodyweight but he was the best for size, length/height proportions & being the steadiest mover by far. Well schooled & trained he shows non stop which aids his cause. Pleasing head, little neck, well set & carried tail; 2 Bayliss’ Kysiena Chant Of The Dreams at Karmajer, r/w parti who handles quite well on the table, huge coat, pretty head with really good eyes & expression. Could have won the class had he been better trained & handled, but lost out as his movement was hard to assess due to his pulling side; 3 Thomas’ Indizak Red Winter.

PGD (3) 1 Moir’s Jansanleis Loud N Proud, this white dog came into the ring, composed, trained, spotless in coat presentation & moved around the ring with an even, balanced stride. I liked his head, a real wedge, excellent expression & pigmentation, so was comfortable winner; 2 Hayward’s Chilite Desert Fox, this r/g dog’s owner is to be congratulated on the outstanding coat presentation & condition of her charge. He is happy as Larry with her & it shows in his expression. Good size, compact & well bodied but not quite the lovely eye shape nor softness in expression of the white. He moved out quite soundly, although he tends to be a little proud of his front legs; 3 Serman’s Printzagems Late Arrival for Tymy.

LD (2) 1 Lewis’ Indizak Hakuna Matata at Louchelle, light shaded sable with such a sweet head & expression. Little neck, amply ribbed, very compact, well set & carried tail & he moved around the ring with a brisk, pert action; 2 Bayliss’ Kysiena Enchanted Sky, this parti was spoiled for me by his having somewhat bigger ears than I like. Good wedge head, really solid body, short coupled & in good coat. Unfortunately he was stepping short in profile & needs to tighten in front.

OD (10,2a) Two outstanding examples of the breed & the shame they had to meet! 1 CC & BOB, Pearce & Francis’ Ch Longsdale’s Willie Win, ticks all the boxes, has style, shape, beautiful headpiece with dark pigmentation, so well ribbed, tail well set & his action was the best of the day. Benefits from being presented by a master craftsman, flawless coat presentation & he is schooled to look the part all the time he is in the ring; 2 RCC, Beck, Wright & Halligan’s Ch Nardik Eclipse, another so very worthy titleholder, this time a black. Like the winner, beautifully presented & cleverly handled. Moves out so well with such a positive stride, all straight lines, stops foursquare & shows his head off. I just edged Willie to the top award as I feel he has the edge in eye; 3 Dyer’s Oberitz Curiosity at Javarm.

VD (1) 1 BV, Highmoor’s Ch Printzagems Verve, what a fit & beautifully conditioned chap this is. Loved his head shape, neat ears, bright expression, so well bodied, fit as can be & quite sound & lithe as he moves around the ring.

MPB (2) 1 Bayliss’ Kysiena She Who Wears Fur at Karmajen, choc/w parti who is so good to go over on the table. She has a pleasing head, good mouth, neat ears & is nicely ribbed. In lovely coat, she needs some ring training to steady her on the move as she pulls too hard; 2 Thomas & Welch’s Key To Endless The Small Step from Indizak, this b/t is really cute & is just 6 months & at the show off stage when she moves, doing her toy soldier impression in front. Pretty headed, lovely coat, needs to grow on a little for me but she certainly has personality!

PB (4) 1 BP, Macpherson’s Wildandfree Laady Margaret at Kismet, this white is so stylish, again beautifully presented coat & she is schooled to do all that is asked of her whether on the table or when she is moving. It does help her cause a lot. Utterly feminine in headpiece, really dark well shaped eyes & she moved out nicely; 2 Macbain & Shepherd’s Fecimus The Good Fairy, a really well constructed brown, lovely rib, so compact, well boned & neat feet. She is positive in action as she circles the ring & was a credit in condition. I felt her head & expression were just a little plainer than the white’s which swung the scales; 3 Hall’s Nardik Dinky Doo.

JB (2) 1 Tullis’ Radajasa’s Greta Zelle, nice sized parti, good head pattern, well set neat ears, excellent spring & depth of rib, lovely tailset & carriage. Unfortunately she does move almost crabwise which held her back later on; 2 Moxon’s Chilitie Cochina at Thirldene, r/w parti who with better handling could probably have won the class. She has a really good head, lovely eyes & expression, neat ears, is well ribbed, massive coat & could be made to look something really good. Handler moves her much too fast making her movement unbalanced. Moved more slowly, befitting her height, would help her cause enormously.

PGB (4,2) 1 Bradbury’s Printsagems Third Degree by Wychlea, smallish, well coated black which leans to one side when moving which is a shame as the type is there as evidenced when she table handled. Like her head properties, neat ears & correct dentition; 2 Thomas’ Indizak Heartbreaker, this cr/s had not quite the expert presentation in coat of the winner & while she pleased me in head & overall proportions being so well ribbed, she was playing up in front when moving towards me.

LB (2) 1 Wright’s Orion Chloe May, very stylish shapely cream with an eyecatching profile on the stack. Clean wedge head, neat ears, very good eye shape & colour, spotless in jacket & so short coupled. Quite sound on the move; 2 Beck’s Holbain Honey Bunny, huge coated parti, almost too much of it which makes her appear a little bulkier than she is when handled. I liked the shape of her head, not quite the super eye shape of the winner but she is fairly sound, especially good when she is in profile.

OB (8,2) 1 CC, Pearce & Francis’ Ch Longsdale’s Dilemma, black, quite outstanding in today’s company & like her kennel mate is presented to perfection. It is a skill which compliments her attributes so well. She is so beautifully put together, loved her head, gorgeous expression, small, high set ears, compact in body & she out-moved the opposition with alacrity; 2 RCC, Chilite Indian Bow, I really admired so much in this choc/w parti & feel that she is certainly one that could be made up. She is so compact utterly feminine with such a good. correctly proportioned head, is so well bodied, high set & correctly carried tail, in good coat & she is very sound on the move. More than happy to have her as the RCC winner; 3 Tullis’ Ir Ch Radajasa Double Agent Nyx.
