Manchester Klein Critique

As I mentioned in my Mittel report this was my first time awarding CC's in these two breeds. Thank you for a very nice entry of 34 with just four absentees as well as for accepting my decisions so sportingly. Again I would say that the problems I encountered are the same everywhere. Correct size is difficult to maintain in the Klein. I had a few which were over coated and also a few too Pomeranian like. In both Mittels and Kleins there were a number with too round eyes. Most of the dogs had delightful temperaments and were shown in very good condition. I very much liked my top winners as well as my Best Puppy. 

PD (4, 1) 1 Fernando Z Temnych Noci At Cyfelin (Imp). 10 month old very much up-to-size puppy. His type and proportions are outstanding. Very good head with nice skull. Ear placement could be better and needs slightly better expression. Very nice bone. Excellent coat texture and condition. Moved very well for age and carried himself well. 2 Oberiz Happy As Larry. Six month old black puppy, very nice outline. Promising head. Not in full coat. Very much a happy puppy, but not wanting to move properly. 3 Kysiena Only The Brave. 

JD (2) 1 Musique Quilo. 13 month old pleasing junior male. Excellent head qualities, well set, slightly large ears. Nice bone. Just a little down on pasterns. Excellent body and coat. Moves well behind, but needs to settle in front movement. 2 Oberitz Happy As Larry. Second in previous class, please see notes above. Still not keen to move in this class either.

PGD (1) 1 Chilite Chogan. 19 month old black with a little white on his feet. Rather big dog who is compact. Strong head. Good ears. Nice bone, very good body. Moves well. Correct coat texture. Rather unruly and needs more control. 

LD (9) 1 Musique Wishful Thinking. 14 month old very beautiful young dog. Excellent type and proportions. He is compact and masculine, but would like him a little smaller. Excellent head, ears slightly large. Quality bone, excellent body, well set and carried tail. Good mover, although needs to settle in front movement. 2 Chilite Desert Fox. Two year old orange dog of lovely size. Very good head, eye is slightly round. So very well put together and moves typically and soundly. 3 Chilite Chogan. 

OD (8, 1) 1 Nardik New Moon At Icabel JW ShCM. Five year old dog of most beautiful type and size. So very typical in every respect. Has a very correct head, beautiful eye and expression, well set and carried ears. Carries himself to advantage, is very well put together. Lovely mover. Correct coat texture. A very beautiful and correct Klein Spitz. CC and Best of Breed. 2 Ch Holbain Just Like Bill. Six year old, also a top quality male, but bigger than first. Masculine and compact. Lovely head, eye and expression. Very good ears. This dog also has the correct carriage. Shown in beautiful condition. Smart, sound mover. Res CC. 3 Jansanleis Loud 'N' Proud. 

VD (1) 1 Ch Minigarden Emil Lovely Boy (Imp). Ten year old white dog. Correct size and very nice outline. Shown in very good condition. Pleasing head with lovely dark eye and very good expression. Excellent body. Moves briskly and well. Best Veteran. 

PB (3) 1 Chrystal Clear Agnus Brown. Seven month old very feminine brown puppy. Such a pretty puppy with plenty to like about her. Excellent outline. Lovely head, beautiful eye of correct shape. Well set and carried ears. Well made body and quarters. Good coat texture. Best Puppy. 2 Oberitz Happy Ever After. Just six months and litter sister to Happy As Larry. Has the same attitude and equally naughty when she should have moved in the ring! Needs training, but is a feminine, pretty puppy with good outline. Nice head. The elements are there - just needs to get her act together. 3 Wychlea Purple Image. 

JB (3) 1 Wychlea In The Purple. Seven month old black shown in profuse recently bathed coat. Correct size. Very beautiful head with correct eye shape. Well made junior, who needs to be shown to better advantage on the move. 2 Oberitz Happy Ever After. PGB (2) 1 Manzamas Made With Pride. 18 month old white feminine bitch, who I would prefer with slightly better bone. Her head is strong, eye is dark, but a shade big. Needs to improve in front. Good body and pleasing hind movement. 

LB (2, 1) 1 Radajasa's Greta Zelle. 20 months old, beautiful young bitch, slightly bigger than ideal. Feminine, very nicely moulded head, good dark eye and well set and carried ears. Shown in fit condition, but coat a little sparse. Carries herself very well and is an excellent mover. Res CC. 

OB (2) 1 Orion Chloe May. Two year old light cream coloured bitch of excellent type, albeit up to size. Lovely attitude, carries herself very well and handled to advantage. Very pretty feminine head, well carried ears, which could be slightly better set. Very good body and correctly angulated rear. Needs to firm up a little in front movement, but very pleasing movement in profile. Pleased to award her the CC. 2 Ch Ir Ch Radajasa Double Agent Nyx Jun Ch. Five year old white bitch, excellent size. Her skull and eyes are rather round. Nice body, but wide in front. Moves well in profile.
