Critique
MPD. (3). 1. Allinson's, Oberitz Turbo Charged. Stunning black of excellent propotions. Well bodied under a coat of correct texture. A good harsh straight topcoat shown in first class condition, sound in movement with good ground covering gait. An outstanding puppy that has all the fundamental points of the breed standard, sadly lacking in the largest percent of the Klein's shown on the day. He is sure to make his mark in the future. I was pleased to award hin BPIB and the RDCC. 2. Dickinson and Taylor and Ventura's, Terendak Tinker Tailor. Good size with nice outline, coat sufficient for age. Head could be more typical ears rather wide at base and set too low. Moved well in front but close behind. 3. Gibbon's, Chilite Dancing Wolf.
PD. (3). 1. Alinson's, Oberitz Turbo Charged. 2. Gibbon's, Chilite Dancing Wolf. Nice square outline and a brisk movement. Not showing the coat covering at the moment and rather large ears spoiled the head.
JD. (4). 1. Wright's, Orion Mirror Image. Another dog of top quality and outstanding breed type. Cery substantial frame well ribbed showing a compact square outline, correct coat although lacking a little undercoat. Good pigment rarely seen in creams or white. Beautiful head and expression. Moved out well with drive and pace very sound front and rear. A quality dog shown in excellent condition and one to watch for the future. I was very pleased to award him his first CC and BOB. 2. Alinson's, Orion Five Farthering for Oberitz. White lacking the body and substance required but well balanced and very sound mover. Good head and ears well placed on head, good pigment. 3. Warner's, Tegwell Blazeway.
PGD. (5). 1. Fuber's, Holbain Fat Boy Slim. Brown of good substance, well balanced outline. Excellent harsh coat shown in good condition. Well proportioned head with good pigment, moved soundly in both directions. A very good quality male who deserved top honours. 2. Trendle's, Lusam Charlie Dobby. Cream with nice square outline slightly lacking in substance, good quality coat, well balanced head but round eyes detract from the overall picture. Moved rather close behind. 3. Smart's, Ramboobi Reveller.
LD. (6). 1. Bradbury's, Wychlea Dayzhar Vooh. Black of good proportions and well balanced frame covered by a good textured coat. Well balanced head with good ear placement and nice dark eye. Moved out soundly with a ground covering gait. 2. Cleghorn's, Karstein Storm in a Teacup. Cream of lovely square outline, sufficient substance for frame covered by excellent quality coat. Nice overall look spoiled by lack of pigment. Moved well in front but a bit close behind. 3. Harrop's, Grovelyn Cream Tease.
OD. (7). 1. Naylor's, Tymy Desert Hawk at Aniday. Shaded sable I found the colour and markings of this dog, very deceiveing at first glance. He looked long and straight in front, this was not the case when I went over him. He is a very well balanced dog with good front and rear angles, nice head with good expression and one of the soundest movers I have seen in the breed. A quality male who on the day lacked undercoat and that extra little bit of sparkle in the challenge for best dog. 2. Serman's, Karstein Ocha Bearer. Black male who in stance and outline was outstandingly the best dog in the ring. He is outstanding for breed type and has the most perfect head and good textured coat. Unfortunately when you feel under the coat he lacks in body. I hope with maturity the body will improve. 3. Furber's, Wizaland Dr Papalou at Holbain.
MPB. (10). 1. Hawker's, Chilite Dancing Cloud. Cream of good proportions and sound movement. An abundance of coat for a bitch of this age and looks a little overcoated at the moment, would like to see better pigment. 2. Dickenson and Taylor and Ventura's, Terendak Tinkerbell. Cream sable very compact bitch with good proportions. Moved reasonably well but tended to pull to one side. More ring exprerience should correct this. 3. Lovelock's, Shetlocks Heart Breaker.
PB. (6). 1. Seddon's, Oberitz Walking on Air. Black of good outline and substance, well set tail and good hindquarters. Nice head but slightly round eye, moved sound in front but close behind. 2. Weedon's, Dunbrook Azamataz at Pikachu. Sable lacking in a coat covering at the moment, but a good substancial body with a well balanced head. Moved out well with a sound gait. 3. Rogerson's, Nosgregor Classic Gold.
JB. (6). 1. Wright's, Tirhan Inside Joke at Orion (Imp). Black of good type and substance. Nice typical head with correct oval shaped dark eye. Sufficient coat covering of correct texture. Moved very well and sound in all angles. Very good temperament and character but lacking that extra sparkle on the day. RBCC. 2. Furber's, Holbain Parti Piece. Brown and white parti colour very compact in stance with good substance under an excellent coat that was in first class condition. On the move showed good drive and sound angles. Her head was not as balanced as I would expect and wide low set ears detract from the overall picture. 3. Cook's, Chilite Charisma Goldritz.
PGB. (3). 1. Furrier's, Holbain Parti Girl. Black and white parti of good substance and type, a square outline, covered by a coat of good texture and shown in first class condition. Moved well behind but a bit wide in front. Head a bit over broad in skull but well placed ears produce a well finished head with good expression. 2. Parden's, Printzagems Vici Mit Dunbrook. Cream shown in lovely condition, good substance and balanced outline, head and expression. Let down by large low set ears. On the move showed a brisk side gait but unsound behind.
LB. (6). 1. Hawker's, Chilite Coconut Candy. Brown with very compact outline. Good front and rear angles and nice typical head, spoilt only by light pigment around the eyes, drawing attention to a rather round eye. Very sound bitch on the move and in all directions. A very good coat type and texture and another presented in an excellent condition. 2. Furber's, Holbain Miss Minx. Lilac bitch well presented and sound in movement not as well balanced outline as I would like and a light eye detracts from an otherwise good head and expression. 3. Lovelock's, Shetlocks Go Go Dancer.
OB. (5). 1. Bradury's, Champion Wychlea Anne Versary JW. Black of excellent type, correct outline with good body and bone. Perfect head with well placed ears giving the overall picture of quality, sadly lacking in the largest percentage of this breed. In movement showed a good sound side gait and strong rear movement. Front is a bit wide possibly due to carrying a bit to much weight at the moment. Coat and condition were excellent. Undoubtedly the best Klein bitch in this country at the moment. BCC. 2. Wright's, Ch. Orion Continental Lady. Another quality bitch well balanced, sound in movement and with a nice head with good pigment. Not carrying a full coat covering at the moment which detracted from an otherwise first class bitch.
