Critique
PD (5) 1 Kirby and Ventura’s Terendak Bumbleberry. Lovely class. Pale cream dog. Super pigment, lovely head and expression. Neat well placed ears. Well ribbed up and back short coupled. Good tailset. Good bone and well muscled for a youngster. Moves very well and retains outline. One to watch. Res CC. 2 Johnston’s Dourhu Lagavulin. Pale gold, lovely head and expression, good mouth and pigment, well ribbed up and well muscled. Not quite the bone of the winner or balance. 3 Allison’s Terelatin Windy Miller.
JD (6) 1 Allison’s Oberitz Turbo Charged. Beautifully balanced black with great body and bone. Moves and shows well. Another well muscled dog. Good tailset. Not quite my head type, but exudes true Spitz personality. 2 Dickinson, Taylor and Ventura’s Terendak Bubble Baileys. Super type cream. Lovely head, eye and pigment. Not quite the finished picture of the winner, but when he settles and tightens in front should have a future. 3 Jones’ Rossfort Cream Cracker.
ND (1) 1 Furber’s Oberitz Cosmopilitan at Holbain. Cream. Not a bad little dog at all, but no coat at present and a bit bum high. He is a tidy mover with a nice body. Pleasing head. I would like a bit more personality.
PGD (2) 1 Macpherson’s Kismets Lord of Chaos. Very pretty parti, true Spitz head and expression. Neat well placed ears. Not the substance of second but excels in type and shape. Well sprung ribs and short coupled. Lovely coat, moved and showed well. Neat feet. 2 Allison’s Oberitz Turbo Charged.
LD (4) 1 Serman’s Roydenzone Cortese Among Tymy. Black and white parti. Lovely head and eye with the kindest of expressions. Pleasing body, good bone and tailset. Moves very well fore and aft. Good coat texture - well presented. Have seen him with more verve but it was very hot. 2 Furber’s Holbain Fat Boy Slim. Very well balanced brown. Pleasing head and ear placement. Moved nicely fore and aft. 3 Harrop’s Grovelyn Cream Tease.
OD (6) 1 Wright’s Orion Mirror Image. CC. Super dog, lovely head and expression and pigment. Neat well placed ears, good mouth. Well ribbed up , good back, short coupled. Scores for me with his lovely deep brisket. that just falls into the the hand. Never stops showing, moves nicely. I was delighted to see him shortlisted in the group. 2 Chambers’ Printzagems Bill Double You. Another goodun’. Lovely head and expression, very well balanced. Good body and tailset. Moved nicely, showing his socks off. 3 Naylor’s Ch Tymy Desert Hawk at Aniday.
PB (5) 1 Blight’s Nosregor Tasmania Girl at Rosechow. W/Sable. Very feminine head and expression. Good ear placement. Well ribbed up, good bone and substance. Would like tighter tailset. Moved very well fore and aft. 2 Dickinson, Taylor and Ventura’s Terendak Creme Brulee. Cream with a pleasing head and expression. Very Spitzy, good coat texture and tailset. Needs to body up and tighten in front, but only a baby. 3 Drechsler’s Jeansway Christmas Magic.
JB (3) 1 Lovelock’s Shetlock’s Heart Breaker. Black/silver shading. Pleasing head, nice eye. Neat well set ears. Very well sprung rin and rather wide in front. Moves nicely behind. NB (1) 1 Kettle-White’s Kempsona Candy Calypso. Brown, not in the best of coats on the day. Very good mover both ways. Good body and tailset. Pleasing head and mouth - ears well set on.
PGB (3) 1 Thompson’s Kempsona Tino’s Melody. Very well balanced girl with great body - no coat. Good tailset. Moves and shows very well. Drechsler’s Orion Star AQttraction at Jeansway. Nice type gold. Lovely head and expression. Well placed ears, good tailset, good body and bone. Like me - should lose some weight! 3 Carr’s Printzagems Joie de Vivre for Kimbacrests.
LB (4) 1 Lovelock’s Shetlock Go Go Dancer. Pale gold. Feminine head, good ear placement. Good pigment. Well sprung ribs and deep brisket. Good tailset, moved well on neat legs and feet. 2 Serman’s Roydenzone Chianti Among Tymy. Charming little Brown/White parti in super coat. Very pretty, very feminine. Makes for a very balanced picture.
OB (6) 1 Dickinson, Taylor and Ventura’s Ch Bubble & Squeak at Terendak. CC. Beautiful girl, a pleasure to go over. Wonderful head and expression. Coal black coat of the correct texture. Great body and bone and tailset. Retains her outline on the move and showed super. In the challenge began to flag, great ambassador. 2 Carr’s Ch Kimbacrests Drama Queen. Orange, teeming with quality. Sadly not in the best of coats on the day. Great body and tightest tailset I’ve ever felt. Moved so well, sweetest of heads. Res CC. 3 Cook’s Chilite Charisma Goldritz.
