Critique

Open show: MITTEL VD (2) 1 Beard's Ch Wyndlee the Crow Man. A very well made young man, good spring of rib and well laid shoulders. Excellent coat. 2 Pooley's Rossfort Apollo. A well constructed dog, moved true coming and going but preferred head of 1

MPD (5) 1 Orchard's Spilmah Full Circle. A lovely Orange Sable pup Well constructed, very nice head, good angles and a good coat. Just right for age. Best Mittel puppy, Res BP in Show 2 Beard's Wyndlee Ghost in my House. Immature puppy on his first outing, but has a nice front end, good coat but needs confidence. Moved well. 3 Clayton's Studholme Bronco Kid.

PD (3) 1 Rogerson's Oldcharm Eu-Ro Express. Nice mid size boy, a shade narrow in front but age may rectify that. Good coat. 2 Williams' Druitz Superted. Shorter in body than 1st but I preferred head of 1st Good size.

JD (1) 1 Hickman's Cadbery's Dream Boy at Kateandy. Good head and mouth, good hind action, but was a bit loose in front. Well put together.

GD (2) 1
Repeat.

PGD (3) 1 Rogerson and Dore's Veratgina Born to Be Wild at Nosregor. Well known cream dog. Very well made and has a good front end although wold like a wee bit more bend in pastern. Lovely head. 2 Beard's Wyndlee Oldcharm Prince Eugen. Good construction, good angles and bone. Moved well when settled. 3 Thurston's Wyndless Surprise Packet to Claran.

LD (5) 1 Williams' Druitz Benedict Arnold. A very well constructed dog, enough angles, good shoulders, quarters and was the best mover in the class. BOB BIS 2 Rogerson's Nosregor Mystical Myth. On top form, showing well. Not quite enough neck for me although has a good body, coat and head. 3 Beard's Wyndlee Black Bomber.

OD (2) 1 Hill's Kilima Chacmool. Cream dog. Good rear construction, Moved with purpose. Res best dog. 2 Williams' Druitz Brother Dominic. A black dog. A wee bit straighter all round than I prefer. Lovely bone and substance.

VB (1) 1 Beard's Wyndlee Eleanor Rigby. I've always loved this girl and she can still do it, despite having an ear injury. Her movement put a lot to shame on the day. A shame she never got that 3rd.

MPB (3) 1 Clayton's Studholm Kiss an Tell. Just 6 months, very immature. Very spitzi coat. Nicely proportioned, moved well and just needs time. 2 Williams' Druitz Duchess. A pretty bi-colour. Good angles and a good coat. Has just enough bone. 3 Hazelgrove's Tudholm Hugs an Kisses.

PB (2) 1 Williams' Druitz Duchess.

JB (2) 1 Bray's Grizwold Gild the Lily mit Abbicher. Not got her best clothes on on the day. Moved nicely. I just wish there was a bit more of her.

GB (2) 1 Pooley's Wyndlee Fallen Angel. Pleasing to the eye, a well made bitch, lovely size. Getting back into coat. 2 Bray's Sweepaway Laughing Water Over Abbicher. A smaller black bitch that just needs to settle.

PGB (2) 1 Bray's Hidaway Dances with Wolves mit Abbicher. A pretty Mottled bitch. A better size than her kennel mates. Nicely boned and nice shape. Getting back into coat.

LB (3) 1 Hickman's Wyndlee Mistie at Kateandy. A well made bitch, short, cobby, good bone and a lovely head.. I considered her seriously for top honors, but was carrying too much weight for me on the day plus her tail was behaving badly. 2 Beard's Driftaway Gin Sling in Wyndlee. Short body, nicely angled. moved well. Well ribbed up.

OB (5) 1 Williams' Squirreldene Paeony at Rikarlo. Square, good bone, nicely angled and nice short hocks. In good coat. 2 Rogerson's Shelayne Minstrel Show. Lovely bitch, hiding nothing on the day. Moved well on well angled legs. Good bone, good spring of rib.
