Critique
Mittel PD (5) 1 Powell’s Desaria Abraham At Brookwell. Pleasing head, eye and ears, firm level topline, soundly constructed and moved accordingly. Confident showman, in gd condition. 2 Beard’s Wyndlee Ghost In My House. Pleasing type and quality, compact, high set well carried tail, not as far on in body and coat as 1, shows promise. 3 Garbutt & Heslop’s Nixtev Fyreblade.
JD (6) 1 Powell’s Desaria aurelius At Brookwell. Brother of Abraham and the same gd type. Sound as a bell, gd chest, ribs, legs and feet, showed and moved with style and purpose, abundant double coat and profuse frill, well presented, BP. 2 Orchard’s Spilmah Full Circle. Pleasing head, eye and ears, level topline, high set, well carried tail. Not yet the body of 1, time is on his side, moved and showed nicely. 3 W. Ghost In My House.
PGD (4) 1 Duke & Gardner’s Desaria Darby For Daraydala. Good head properties, well set neck, short coupled, high set well carried tail, gd movement in all directions, showed to advantage, in lovely condition, well up in the challenge. 2 Hickman’s Nosregor Cadbery’s Dream Boy At Kateandy. Smart yearling, typical outlook, could have been a little more settled when moving, firm body and well carried tail. 3 Beard’s Wyndlee Hits The Spot.
LD (10) 1 Rogerson & Dore’s Veratina Born To Be Wild at Nosregor. ResCC. Good head, yearling full of breed type and quality, dark eye of correct shape and set. Neat ears, clean neck, short coupled, nicely angulated front and rear, moved well in all directions. Nees a little more body and finish to coat to trouble the best. 2 O’Loughlin’s Claran Earthworm Jim Under Caoilta. Balanced outline, correct conformation and movement. Short coupled with gd chest, ribs, topline and tail. Good double coat with profuse stand off frill helped secure his place. Attentive showman who made the most of himself. 3 Powell’s Desaria Disraeli At Brookwell.
OD (3) 1 Powell’s Kuseley Kloves at Brookwell. Pleasing head and ears, gd outline and balance, well knit with ample substance, soundly constructed, correct forechest, ribs, legs and feet. Moved and showed to best advantage, full coat and feathering, well presented. CC. 2 Williams’ Druitz Benedict Arnold JW. Masculine with gd bone and substance, typical head and outlook, well rounded ribs, not quite the coat and finish of 1. Approaching maturity well. 3 Holmes’ Nosregor Dark Hypno.
PB (5) 1 Andrew’s Draillig Foxy Lady From Runfold. Well grown and sound. Pleasing head with lovely eye and expression, clean neck, gd body, legs and feet, when settled moved briskly and true, bright confident character, coat coming in well, a gd prospect. 2 Purves’ Bulabs Truly Scrumptious. Feminine, short coupled, attractive head properties, true in front, could firm up behind, developing nicely in chest and ribs, not so far on as 1. 3 Garbutt’s Nixtev Fyrefly.
JB (2) 1 N.Fyrefly. Attractive head, eye and expression, gd legs and feet, well made body, nicely coated. 2 Williams’ Druitz Duchess, Good quality, typical outline, level topline, high set tail well carried, confident showgirl, lack of coat pegged her back.
PGB (2) 1 Orchard’s Runfold Fatal Attraction From Spilman. Not in gd coat, but had nothing to hide. Nice head properties, well proportioned, gd conformation and movement, true brisk gait, active and alert. 2 Holmes’ Nosregor
Special Edition. Typical outlook, straight forelegs and small cat feet. Short coupled, preferred eye and stronger hindquarters of 1, harsh stand off coat in gd order.
LB (2) 1 & 2 witheheld. Hickman’sWyndlee Mistie At Kateandy.
OB (5) 1 Rogerson’s Ch. Shelayne Minstrel Show. Smart black, nicely combines substance and quality, gd outline and soundly constructed, compact and well bodied, moved and showed with style and purpose, true brisk gait, in gd coat and condition. CC & BOB. 2 Sear’s Desaria Desire. Feminine balanced and well made, firm body and topline, moved nicely and showed with confidence, in gd condition, a little more coat would complete the picture. Res CC. Her day should come. 3 Richardson’s Wyndlee Sea Breeze Over Jonihvar.
