GERMAN SPITZ

MITTEL: I would like to thank the exhibitors for a very good entry and the sportsmanship shown by everyone, so typical of the breeders and exhibitors of this lovely breed.

MPD 1 Mulholland and Aikman’s Zephron Rubyjet Obsidian. Impressive and masculine head on this young dog. He was very alert and moved soundly. 2 Andrews’ Krafty Kid. Very handsome dog with well cared for coat in good condition. Lively and good movement. 3 Bray’s Abbicher Oh Boy.

PD 1 Mulholland’s Zephon Nebula Rubiestar. Good type with correct features. Moved out with style and ease. 2 Samuel’s Spellcast Urban Legend with Runstone. Another good type specimen, just a bit larger but with a good outline and movement.

JD 1 Corkin’s Nixtev Kinetic under Fouranfass. Really good breed features on this lovely black dog, with such an outgoing personality. Moved very well. 2 O’Loughlin’s Liubice Crazy Diamond for Caolita. Promising youngster with profuse coat, and a fine masculine head. Moved soundly. 3 McLaren’s Ichmoran Yakecan.

PGD 1 Day’s Danack’s Bill Bailey. What a well trained showdog and such a pleasure to go over. True Spitz character with nice masculine features and stands true to form.  2 Purves’ Bulabs Polarbear. Good outline on this dog with correct textured coat and good muscled quarters. Good movement. 3 Calvert and King’s Red Alert.

LD 1 Williams’ Musique Executive Decision.  Very square dog with wonderful features. Good clean coat with super body and topline. Well trained with excellent movement. 2 Purves’ Rossfort Xcel among Bulabs. Attractive masculine head on this dog, with sound quarters and a solid body. Moved out well. 3 King’s Grizwold Iolo Goch.

od 1 Beard’s Ch Wyndlee Chandera Spectre. Very good head and expression on this wonderful dog. All the correct features and an enthusiastic showman. He has quality and style and shows all to advantage. Moves out like the Champion he is. CC and Res BOB. 2 Hunter’s Baltic Pacesetter. Immediate impact from this dog, such an eyecatching coat and beautifully groomed and shining. And going over the dog does not disappoint. All departments in correct order, only a bit hesitant on movement and standing, but settled enough to win the Res CC. 3 Hewett’s Ch Spellcast Talk to Me. JW.

MPB 1 Moir’s Nixtev Liberty at Jansanellis. Such a charming little girl with the most appealing eyes and head. Beautifully groomed profuse coat of excellent texture, and clean cu features. Moved with verve and energy. BPIB. 2 Garbutt’s Nixtev Lexis. Like two peas in a pod, with very little difference to find, and I am sure they will change places many times.  Equally beautiful coat with sheer, shimmering gleam with sound body under the coat. Just lost out with her sister moving a little better on the day. 3 Heslop’s Nixtev Libertine.

PB 1 Garbutt’s Nixtev Lexis. 2 Heslop’s Nixtev Libertine. Another beautiful little girl from this clever breeder, with so many showgirls in the ring at the same time. This girl will come into her own as she matures, but has all the attributes just waiting to emerge. 3 Durham’s Spellcast Urban Spirit.

JB 1 Garbutt’s Nixtev Kameo. Very lively and happy bitch with such a beautiful coat, excellent texture and well groomed. She is so well put together resulting in an appealing outline. Good layback of shoulder, and a strong firm body. Scored high on her sound movement, winning the Res CC. Must have a bright future. 2 Mason and Paterson’s Nixtev Kali. Charming girl with a lovely expression and such dark pigment, making an attractive exhibit. Just needs that bit of extra maturity and training, but has time on her side.

PGB 1 Hewett’s Spellcast Look Who’s Talking. She demands attention and shows well. Has all the Spitz qualities and knows how to use them. Good sound body with level topline and moves without effort, covering the ground nicely. 2 Beard’s Spilmah Penny Layne in Wyndlee. A good honest bitch who unfortnately left part of her coat at home. Drawn immediately to her dark pigment and lovely colouring. Firm body and good substance ina neat package. Moves soundly. 3 Bray’s Abbicher Lily Langtree.

LB 1 Thurston’s Rossford Xanadu from Liubice. Very nice Spitzy feminine head with neat features and intersting expression. Very profuse coat in excellent condition with correct texture. So well trained and moved soundly. 2 Beard’s Wyndlee Chandera Dotty Dotty. Another fine example from this clever breeder, producing a beautiful compact package with outstanding outline and carriage. Sound in all departments resulting in correct movement. 3 Heslop’s Runfold Joo Joo Bee Doo.

OB 1 Chambers’ Ch Nosregor Bewitched for Musique. What a star! The best wedge shaped head of the day (sadly lacking in some exhibits). Beautiful melting expression with dark eyes and correct head shape. Body and coat in superior condition, completing the perfect outline. She has the personality to match all these great qualities and has the effortless, brisk movement to match. It was a pleasure to award her the CC and BOB. 2 Beard’s Danacks Winnie the Witch. Great head and expression on this lively  little girl. Has all the correct features resulting in an excellent outline. Moved soundly. 3 Orchard’s Pennypot Enchantress with Spilmah.
