1ST LONGSDALE'S NOW OR NEVER ( PEARCE & FRANCIS) RES CC B PUPPY

Glorious puppy it makes your heart sing to go over a well made puppy, with a superb head, wonderful body and construction. He is a perfect mover with moderate stride too. You may ask why he didn’t get the CC but he is just a puppy and doesn’t need to grow on any further. . An absolute pleasure to judge!

1ST LINDCOLY BLACK INKSPOT ( FELIX)

Typical bustling mover who wants to get on with things. A little erratic at the rear, but true in front. Cheeky “Spitz” head and eyes, neat erect ears, heavy coat, standing off nicely, and well presented too. I liked him, just needing to settle down in the ring.

1ST LINDCOLY BLUE MOON ( SAICH)

Really nice dog, good pigment for coat colour, loved his head, correct ½ and ½ muzzle to skull ratio. Could use his ears more perhaps. Great front and body, harsh coat in good order. Great quarters and tail. Moved enthusiastically, but must learn not to pull, as it puts his front out.

2ND WYNDLEE STORM CHASING FOR POMKINS ( BROCK & PETERSON)

He has a heavy, rather woolly coat overall. He does have a beautiful head and expression very sharp and pleasing. Stands on good legs and feet, well set tail, and good proportions under that coat. Pins in coming towards moving.

1ST FISHERBLOOM BLACK SHAMAN WITH NOSREGOR ( ROGERSON & MULHOLLAND) CC BOB

Smashing head and eye placement, and eyes are oval and dark. Good wedge shaped skull, with neat ears not too large. Sound front, good quality bone, and tight feet, which are well arched. Level back, squarish outline, well set tail, and he moves well with moderate strides. Excellent coat too.

2ND LINDCOLY THE ONE AN ONLY ( SAICH)

Super temperament. Pigment not quite up to winners on foreface, and feet not quite so tight. Although pigment can match the body colour of course. Lovely neck, front and body. Well handled to keep him interested. He moved truly and with some panache. In excellent coat.

1ST HOCOMBEWOOD HOT TODDY FOR LINDCOLY ( SAICH)

In sparkling form, and full harsh coat. Pleasing head and pigment for his colour which was rich and deep. Immaculate front and front movement. Loved his body and ribbing, good set on of tail. OK in rear. Mouth has suffered a bit over the years!

2ND NIXTEV RAZIEL AT ISTRAMAC ( MCWILLIAM & GREGOR)

Also in good nick, and he has a lovely head and black pigment. Neat ears, good neck and front. Cuts up too sharp underneath in ribbing. Moved correctly in rear and profile, with not too long a stride.

1ST CLARMERS TREACLE TOFFEE AT KITSUNE (CHAPMAN)

Good square proportions. Liked her head and ear placement. Excellent pigment for her rich colour. OK in front. She still needs to come up on her pasterns and feet, but has time to improve here. Super topline and side gait. Moves too close in rear at the moment, and would like more bone for her size.

2ND NIXTEV BRAZEN FOR LINDCOLY ( SAICH)

Scatty, and not behaving, didn’t use her ears, and moving all over the place. I caught a flash here and there of promise!

1ST LINDCOLY LOVE AFFAIR ( SAICH)

Really promising youngster, busy and enthusiastic moving. Not too long a stride, and was lovely to go over. Sound and precise moving, when she decided to co-operate. Coat on hindquarters is harsh, body coat in- between stages at present.

1ST NOSREGOR UNFORGETTABLE ( ROGERSON)

Very in-between stages and can still widen a touch more between the elbows. Lovely head and correctly defined stop. Enough neck, good straight legs and small tight feet. Excellent topline and tail set. Nest rear, and moderate in stride in profile.

2ND BULABS LADY PENELOPE AT WOLFCREEK ( WELLS)

Face a little too “Foxy” rather than wedge shaped and ears on the big side. Well bodied, good ribbing for depth and length. Sound behind, and tail well over back. Both these nice girls were between coats.

1ST CLARMERS LITTLE BANSHEE WITH KITSUNE (CHAPMAN)

Pleasing bitch, her back coat is not through yet, but she had hair on her tail and quarters. She shows off her virtues very well for her young handler. Liked her proportions, sound legs and feet, and she has a sharp enquiring expression.

2ND LINDCOLY WISHING ON A STAR (SAICH)

Smaller and looks a bit too dumpy I fear. Lovely head and temperament, keeps her topline on the move, and is true coming and going. Tail carried nicely too.

1ST CH JANSANLEIS ENVY JW (MOIR) CC

Close decision as both were lovely bitches, perhaps the winner was more precise up and down moving, but second had better pigment. Winner has a good head, is feminine, & uses her ears nicely. Enough length of neck, and has a sound true front. Well bodied up, nice tail and enough coat for May time.

2ND KELHAM LOVE AND ROMANCE WITH LONGSDALE ( PEARCE & FRANCIS) RES CC

Immaculately presented, and looked a picture standing. Super head, eyes and expression. Fair front, ribbing cuts up too sharply underneath. OK in rear, and she has a well carried tail. Both girls have the correct bustling movement in profile with correct moderate length of strides.

1ST CH NIXTEV LIBERTY AT JANSANLEIS (MOIR)

Amazing for 12, & she is sharp and responsive. Pleasing head and front. Still has a perfect topline. A wee bit light in bone perhaps. Well up on her feet. She moved really well all round and in super coat for the time of the year.

2ND BULABS LEADING LADY ( PURVES)

Not in her best jacket, and not moving as well as winner. A real diva, who enjoyed playing her handler up!
