GERMAN SPITZ - MITTEL
PD (1) 1. Francis, Pearce & Roberts. Longsdale’s Rebel Rouser at Cwrtafon (BPD, BPIB and RDCC). Stunning black youngster just coming into full coat. Very well constructed, just to be hyper critical I would just prefer a slightly shorter back to complete the picture but this takes nothing away from his overall quality. Good bone with excellent legs and feet. Moved out around the ring.
LD (5,1) 1. King. Gronw October Moon Over Grizwold. Balanced throughout in correct harsh double coat. Moderate angulation with nice tight elbows. Square in outline. Moved OK when settled but was definitely enjoying his day out. 2. Barnes & King. Spellcast Talk With Me by Izlou. Very nice cream who excelled in head pattern with lovely dark eye and excellent pigment. Well presented and in good coat and condition but would not settle on the move which spoiled his chances today. 3. Saich’s. Lindcoly The One And Only
OD (4) 1. Hall’s. Sobriety’s Grizzly Bear for Pufnstuf JW (DCC) Top size brown but still under the measure. Masculine dog in good coat and condition. Balanced in head without exaggeration. Level topline with well carried tail. Well ribbed up with short firm loin. Moved very well when he concentrated. 2.King. Ch Grizwold Loki. Another quality dog finer in type than the winner and a little steep in upper arm. In firm hard condition and nice to handle. Well presented and excellent on the move. 3. Chamber’s. Ch Musique Aslan
VD (3) 1. Williams. Ch Spellcast Talk To Da Paw at Trebettyn Sh CM (BV) Well known black lacking coat on the day. So looking slightly unbalanced. Correct head pattern and expression with well placed ears. Firm body well put together. Slightly lacked enthusiasm but moved steadily around the ring. 2. Saich’s. Ir Ch Zephon Akio at Lindcoly. Glamorous wolf sable in correct harsh coat. Level topline with well carried tail. Easy mover. 3. Saich. Hocombewood Hot Toddy for Lindcoly.
PB (4) 1. Gardner. Daraydala Black Pearl (BPB) Very feminine bitch handles well and excels in head and expression. Coat coming through, steady on the move being well let down at hock and with correct catlike feet. A promising youngster. 2. Pearce & Francis. Longsdale’s Love I Lost. Sable bitch good in head and balanced. Only a baby at present and movement needs to settle, but well muscled up at the rear. 3. Saich’s. Lindcoly Crazy Little Thing
JB (2) 1. Hewett. Spellcast Talking Point (ai) Very typy feminine black in good coat and condition.Would perhaps like her a little shorter in back and a little longer on the leg, but very sound throughout and excellent on the move. 2. Saich. Lindcoly Love Affair Black lacking in furnishings today and movement not as settled as the winner, also a little long in back. Good front and hind assembly with nice eye and well filled muzzle. PGB (2) 1. Barnes & King. Spellcast Talks for Itself by Izlou. Brown presently in a thick dense short jacket. Good to go over, well bodied up and balanced in outline. Tail not always maintained over the back but did enough to win this class. Very good mover. 2. Drechsler. Longsdale’s New Addition . Cream bitch of quality although today didn’t make the most of herself as unsettled by the noise of the wind blowing through the tent roof. Sweet feminine head with well rounded muzzle a lovely dark eye. Well put together.
LB (1) 1. Barnes & King. Izlou Walnut Forget Me JW. Black ,balanced in outline with level topline and tail carried over her back. Well put together without exaggeration. Correct head proportions with correct eye and ear placement. Moved OK but not as positively as I have seen her on other occasions.
OB (2) 1. Taylor. Clarmers Mischief Managed Under Tispitza JW (BCC and BOB) Today was definitely her day, she was really on her toes and though not in entirely full coat she had enough to show herself off, and what she had was gleaming and in excellent condition and presentation. Very well put together with good head and expression, level topline and well bodied up. Neat feet and balanced throughout. Sound on the move. 2. Williams. Ch Dulais Moonlight Over Paris at Trebettyn JW. Another quality bitch who left all her coat at home. Well put together but today very slightly toeing in at the rear. Well bodied up with good bone and well let down at the hock.
