Critique

Mittel MPD 1 Chambers’ Musique Executive Decision, impressive type, outlook & balance, nicely combines substance & quality. Soundly constructed & moved accordingly with style & confidence, in lovely coat & condition. RCC. 2 Williams’ Druitz Snow King, another good prospect, similar to 1 in outline & balance, not quite as settled when moving, otherwise close-up. 3 King’s Grizwold Iolo Goch.

PD 1 Poultney’s Daraydala Wolfgang at Sirchray, attractive head, ears could be a little higher set, nicely boned straight forelegs, neat feet, good ribs & topline, a little over angulated behind, not in best coat on the day.

JD 1 Curson & Hindley’s Shelayne Lord of the Ring, most attractive correctly proportioned head, oval shaped obliquely set eyes, firm level topline, good ribs, loin & tuck-up. Movement could have been more positive.

PGD 1 Connor’s Galvizach Rock N Roll, typical almost square outline good wedge shaped head with muzzle of correct length, pigment a little off, high set well carried tail, harsh straight coat, confident & good on the move. 2 Powell’s Desaria Flash Gordon at Brookwell, v good head properties, well set neck, nicely boned straight forelegs, tail rather low set & not as short coupled as winner, showing to best advantage, well presented in excellent condition. 3 Thurston’s Rossfort Caractacus.

LD 1 Chambers & Rogerson’s Druitz Corncracker for Teamspitz JW, attractive well proportioned head, good forehand, deep brisket, short coupled, well ribbed up, made the most of himself. 2 Hewett’s Runfold Full Frottle with Spellcast JW, impressive showman, alert & well schooled, in excellent coat & condition, a little short in muzzle & not the depth of brisket of winner, otherwise close-up. 3 Hunter’s Nemo Aus Dem Norden imp.

OD 1 Powell’s Ch Desasria Disraeli at Brookwell, mature 3 yrs, full of breed type & quality, in lovely coat & condition, movement & showmanship matched his good looks. CC, BOB. 2 Clayton’s Studholme Bronco Kid, most attractive head, eye & small high set ears, rather high stepping & not the coat of winner.

MPB 1 Williams’ Daraydala Coco Chanel at Druitz, pleasing head, eye & expression, neat ears, good ribs & deep brisket, high set well carried tail, good legs & feet , moved & chowed to advantage. 2 Thurston’s Rossfort Pazzmina, 6 mths white with excellent pigmentation, pleasing overall type & quality, needs to come together when moving. 3 Andrew’s Runfold Hap Hazard.

PGB 1 Pooley’s Wyndlee Fallen Angel from Azkaban, attractive outline & balance, nicely angulated front & rear, ribs & body handled well, good legs, feet & carriage, moved with ease & accuracy. ,2 Gray’s Druitz September Song from Penlas, well put together, good ribs short loin, moved well in all directions which helped secure her place. 3 Hunter’s Rossfort Casual Look.

LB 1 Clayton’s Studholme Kiss An Tell, feminine, dark expressive eyes, firm compact body, well carried tail, fair movement.

OB 1 Wright’s Tempore Right Reseved at Orion imp, 2 years old, nicely combines substance & quality, firm body & topline, good conformation, used herself well when moving with a brisk true action retaining a good outline, Confident & willing showgir. CC a champion on the day. 2 Roskell’s Galvizach Holy Smoke JW, 6 yrs of pleasing type, outline & balance, put up a good show, not quite the accurate movement of winner, well presented in good coat & condition. RCC. 3 Williams’ Ch Squirreldene Paeony at Rikarlo.
