MITTEL

PD. (3). 1. Hewitt’s, Talk to Me. BP. A very mature 8 months old lack dog in excellent coat and condition for his age. Top size so I hope he doesn’t continue to grow. Good overall body proportions with excellent bone which was missing in to many of the dogs present. A useful breed prospect. 2. Andrews’, Claran Shades of Fontleroy. My notes said a glamorous coatless dog who along with his coat he had also lost all his body substance. Very much my type. I will look forward to seeing how he progresses. 3. Mulholland and Looker’s, Caoilta Nemesis.

JD. (2). 1. Beard’s, Wyndlee Chandera Spectre. Well boned gold dog of 17 months. Lovely head, eye and expression. Excellent ear placement. Very nice type. Promising. 2. Purves’s, Rossfort Xcel Among Bulabs. 13 months old in-between stages. Lacking undercoat giving him the appearance of being long cast. Not putting his best into showing.

PGD. (3). 1. Mulholland’s, Umshubwe Faccia Die Angelo. Nice cream dog just coming back into coat. Good head with dark eye. A shade long in loin.

LD. (3). 1. Purves’s, Bulabs Spirit in the Sky. Cream dog in lovely coat and condition. Excellent head, good dark eyes. Well carried tail. Nice profile. 3. Thurston’s, Rossfort Caractacus. Pale cream dog. Excellent dark eye with good head. Again a shade long cast.

OD. (5). 1. Beard’s, Ch Wyndlee Ghost in my House. CC. A beautiful pale gold dog who is a very reluctant showman. I loved his type and size and he moved very well. I saw him really use his ears at the ringside later on while his owner was handling a bitch in the ring. What a dog it’s such a pity he doesn;t do the same in the ring. Unfortunately it cost him BOB. His quality cannot be overlooked. 2. Powell’s, Ch. Desaria Disraeli at Brookwell. RCC. Full coated wolf sable a little longer cast than my winner but another quality dog who moved well. 3. Hewett’s, Runfold Full Frottle with Spellcast JW.

PB. (1). 1. Beard’s, Wyndlee Dear Prudence. Pretty black bitch who was extremely full of herself so movement was difficult to asses. She has good breed qualities so should be a good prospect.

JB. (3). 1. Beard’s, Wyndlee Chandera Dotty Dotty. I see she is the litter sister to my Junior dog winner. Feminine black and white parti. Good mover once she had settled sufficient for me to see. At the moment at an in-between stage but she won her class on her conformation. 2. Thurston’s, Rossfort Xanadu. Shaded cream a shade long cast at 13 months old. Another one who is at the in-between stage. Good dark eye but movement erratic.

PGB. (1). 1. Beard’s, Danacks Winnie the Witch. RCC. Very promising brown who was so full of herself. Very eager to please, with some ring training she shows much promise for the future. Very nice type and size. Should trouble the best once she settles into her showing.

LB. (3). Both bitches were not responding very well to their handlers. Perhaps they had got fed up with the long wait? 1. Pooley’s, Wyndlee Fallen Angel from Azkaban. This bitch won the class on better movement on the day. She was out of coat so appeared long cast. 2. Rogerson’s, Nosregor Lay Ur Love On Me. In good coat and condition, but reluctant to respond to her handler. Did not seem happy in the ring on the day. Inclined to drop her tail so difficult to assess conformation.

OB. (1). 1. Butler’s, Phixons Mizz Kizzi. CC and BOB. Very surprised not to see Champion in front of her name. Good steady mover had everything I was hoping for. Oozed femininity. I wish her well for the future.
