Critique

Certainly a day to remember, if not just for the windy conditions,  when the banging of a particular pole unfortunately un-nerved many of the dogs, preventing some of them not showing as well as they could. As for myself who had visions of tents blowing down,thats what happened at Blackpool a number of years ago. Thankfully all was well

JD (1)1 Garbutt's  Nixtev Polarize. What a shame this lovely Junior Dog stood alone as he would have shone in a bigger class. Good mover but slightly erratic when moving due to windy conditions, I am sure he will settle in better conditions. Lovely head & nice shoulders completed the picture. Res DCC. 

PGD (4,2)1 Chambers & Highmoor's Druitz Hufenia. Lovely cream dog with nice head, slightly straight in shoulder, nice disposition, with lovely ear set and good mouth, immaculately presented. 2 Clarke's Goldenwhin Mercury. Black dog with a nice head and coat. However, a little naughty on the table.

LD (1)1 Rogerson & Quayle's Nosregor Kateandy Cregg Na Bay. Brown dog with a lovely head and shoulders correct balance and moved well when settled. Very well presented. D.C.C.

OD (3)A hard class, all had problems with the conditions 1 Purves' Bulabs Polarbear.  Cream dog, nice ear set with large head but in tune with the size of dog, sadly out of coat at the moment. 2 Dickinson's Nixtev Inferno. Red gold dog with a lovely head, good coat but slightly straight in the shoulder, however on the day just wanted to play. 3 Corkin's Nixtev Kinetic Under Fouranfass.

PB  (2) Extremely difficult class, hard to separate both dogs. 1 Heslop's Flamuna Skint And Minted. Black and Tan,very pretty colour, close on moving, large ears 2 Mclaren- 1chmoran Flower Of The Glen. Sable, nice looking bitch and a lovely mover, however would not let me look in her mouth, hence 2nd place.

JB (3)1 Orr's Rossfort Andante With Sobriety. Cream bitch, with super head. Although a little small, everything where it should be, showed well through all the windy conditions. R.B.C.C. 2 Mclaren's  Ichmoran Primrose Polka. Brown and white parti, nice head, moved soundly, I loved her ear set. B.P. 3 Garbutt's Nixtev Passion. Sadly did not show, was frightened of the banging tent pole

PGB (1)1  Heslop's Flamuna Fratelli. Gold bitch, what a smasher to go over, lovely head and shoulders (best of the day) nice ear set, however much to my surprise failed on the move.

LB (1)1 Orr's Sobriety Fifth Element. Gold and white parti, another from same kennel as J.B. winner, lovely shoulders, nice head and ear set, very well presented moved well in breed but a little apprehensive in group. B.C.C. & B.O.B.

OB (3)1 Purves' Ch Rossfort Griselda. Cream, on appearance this bitch looked long, maybe a little out of coat which could have caused this, lovely to go over, nice head and ear set, a super mover. 2 Heslop's Runfold Joo Joo Bee Doo By Flamuna. Black, stood four square, nice head and shoulders, failed in movement. 3  Orr's Ch Pufnstuf Put A Spell On You At Sobriety.
