LKA Mittel

I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge, my stewards for keeping the ring running smoothly and the exhibitors for their entry.  It was a long wait with the BOB Mittel only just making into the Group as it was being judged.  I felt that many dogs, both Klein and Mittel, were not at their best, lacking somewhat in sparkle and enthusiasm, but it has been a long show season for many of them.

MPD (0),  PD  (6) Davies Nixtev Serylius,  white,  good, balanced outline,  jet black pigment, firm body, adequate bone & substance,  in good coat & condition,  needs to settle on the move, 2 Saich Hocombewood Hot Toddy For Lindcoly,  chocolate sable, attractive puppy, square outline, good head with typical expression,  attentive to handler, showed well, 3 Hewitt Spellcast Shout About It.  JD (2) 1 Chambers Musique Worth The Wait, exuberant, extrovert brown, presented a square & balanced outline, well constructed,  masculine wedge shaped head,  lovely neat ears,  well bodied & in firm condition,  beautifully presented coat of correct texture,  sound mover,  at one with handler, CC & BOB, Davies Nixtev Serylius, PGD (4, 2abs) 1 Smith Spellcast Jive Talking, black, attractive outline,  typical spitzy head, good eye, ear & mouth, good bone & substance, in good coat & condition, excellent tailset, moved ok but lacked enthusiasm, 2  Thomas Desaria Davin, brown 11 ½ years old, good body on this happy chap, nice outline, showed & moved well for his age, enjoyed his day out.  LD (6,1abs), Good class, 1 Swani Spellcast Team Talk, really liked this balanced black, correct coat in beautiful condition, masculine head, dark eye, neat ears which he was reluctant to use at times, well bodied, good bone & substance, brisk and stylish mover, just lacked the sparkle of the CC winner, RCC, 2 Beard  Wyndlee Desperado Between Zephon mature sable, masculine head with typical spitzy expression, square outline with good bone & substance, lovely temperament, showed well, just preferred the movement of winner, 3 Jones Flamuna Revelations At Runestone OD (3) Williams Ch Druitz Black Prince, mature black,  good coat & condition,  well constructed with good wedge shaped head, correct eye, showed & moved well in the class but was unsettled in the challenge,  2 Smith Wyndlee Ghostly Magic, cream, attractive head, good eye, neat ears, enough bone & substance, coat of the correct texture, moved steadily but lacked the oomph of the winner, 3 Alfred Libuce Just Alfred, VD (1) Thomas Desaria Darby for Daraydala, brother to 2 in PG, another oldie enjoying his day out, good coat & condition,  moved & showed well, BV

MPB (1) Saich Bulabs Staring Stephenie For Lindcoly , lively cream, black pigment, feminine head,  with typical expression, coat a little soft at the moment, movement needs to settle PB (7, 1abs) 1Andrew Dagsljus Against All Odds At Claran (Imp), not the biggest of bitches but within the size standard, attractive & eye-catching orange sable, square balanced outline, pretty feminine head with desired expression, good bone & substance,  beautifully presented coat of the correct texture, really moved well for one for so young, pushed hard for CC, RCC,  BP 2 King  Spell cast Talk  To Ad Tail, disappointed this well constructed, attractive cream didn’t co-operate with her hander on the move, beautiful outline, ample bone & substance, neat well used ears, I am sure she will have better days,  3 Hamer Dagdljus Up town Girl of Clamer (Imp) JB (0), PGB (3, 2abs) Blight Flaumuna Curtain Call For Rosechow, black, nice outline,  firm body with adequate substance, excellent tailset, feminine  head with typical expression, lacking in coat but what she had was of the correct texture, steady mover. LB (2, 1abs) 1 Hamer Wyndlee Silver Lightning of Clamer Ir J Ch, cream, totally out of coat, correct head & expression, well used ears, good body & condition,  steady mover, OB (2) 1 Beard Ir Ch Wyndlee Maggies Farm at Macpaws, mature black, not in full coat but what she has was of the correct texture, lovely temperament, feminine wedge head, good eye, ear & mouth,  good mover, preferred the ring presence of the dog for BOB, CC, 2 Williams Druitz Follow That Dream, brown, compact, square outline, typical spitzy head, good body, showed well, just preferred movement of winner.  VB(1) Bridle Abbeyholme Abundance In Black, 10 year old, delightful character, good body & condition, coat not at it’s best, feminine expression, dark eye & neat ears.  GCB (2, 1abs) Blight Flaumuna Curtain Call For Rosechow
