Critique

Class 103 Minor Puppy Dog (4:0a)

1.         761       Nixtev Uraxys at Jumasue (Hearson)  A 6 month old white dog with very dark pigment, very well balanced, broad skull, definition to stop, dark eye, scored in shoulders, mouth & action, ribcage is developing, high set tail & carriage, moderately defined hindquarters, needed time to settle down when on the move;

2.         746       Flamuna Floki (Alfred)A well constructed 7 month old white male puppy, good wedge shaped head, small erect ears, dark almond shaped eyes, clean neck well set into shoulders, square in profile, well off for bone, profuse coat of correct texture, full of character which made hard work for his handler, eventually moved correctly when settled.

Class 104      Puppy Dog (4:0a)

1.         785       Grizwold Lohengrin at Druitz (Williams)A 10 month old medium sized cream dog in tip-top condition & full coat, very well balanced with clean masculine head, super expressive, dark oval shaped eye, good pigmentation, correct shoulders & front, well ribbed up, firm level topline which he holds on the move, high set tail, moderately defined hindquarters, moves soundly coming & going, well handled.

2.         765       Griswold Loki (King) A 10 month old quality orange male of medium size, balanced head with excellent expression, neat ears, good shape to eyes, straight forelimbs, good length of neck, well ribbed up & back with firm topline & tail carried high, sound true mover.

1.         748       Wyndlee Jester (Beard) I liked this brown 15 month old boy, although not in full coat, has a super outline with good length to leg. Unexaggerated masculine head, high set ears, excellent front & feet, well ribbed up & back, level topline & high set tail, good quarters, tidy action when on the move.

2.         780       Zephon Akio at Lindcoly (Saich) A 17 month old Sable male, strong head, good pigment, Nicely textured coat covering firm body & well set-on tail. Moved well in side gate but was close when moving away and towards.

2.         769       Zephon The Last Samurai (Muholland) An 18 month old medium sized black male, dark pigment, small mobile ears which he used to good effect, correct coat and texture. Moved well in side gate but was close in the rear.

1.         764       Druitz Welsh Wizard at Candease (Hughes & Forrester) A 3 year old orange sable male, Strong head with good pigment, Good textured coat covering a firm body and high tail set, needed to move out more found to be pacing the handler

Class 108      Open Dog (5:0a)

1.         771       Zephon Spookz the Tempest Sh CM (Mulholland) A well matured 6 year old appealing cream male of good size and breed type. A strong balanced masculine head, darkest of eyes, well pigmented, correct bite and ear carriage. Moderate reach of neck into firm level topline with a high tail set. Scored high on the move providing good forward reach and excellent drive from the rear. Correct coat texture in superb condition. Well handled.- CC & BOB

2.         782       Spellcast Jivetalking (Smith) I liked this 2 year old medium sized well balanced black male, good pigment, medium sized dark eye, masculine head, broad skull & moderate stop, decent front, ribs well sprung & topline level, high tailset, Correct coat texture, moved true; - RCC

1.         781       Zephon The Thunderstorm at Lindcoly (Saich) A pretty 6 month old black girl, well presented and in good condition, a pleasing well balanced head with the correct shaped eye, good reach of neck leading into a level backline, well ribbed and good tail set. Moved well in side action moved well for such a young baby.

2.         784       Nixtev Ulanza TAF (Thurston) A well presented 6 month old white bitch, with a pleasing head and correct shaped eyes, well ribbed and good tail set, Moved well in side profile but was close coming and going but still only a baby

1.         749       Wyndlee Jenny (Beard) A 15 month old medium sized brown girl, A pleasing feminine head of correct proportions with good eye shape and neat small ears. Good body and coat however moved a bit erratically around the ring, she just needs a bit more time & ring confidence to make her presence felt;

1.             754       Spellcast Tell a Tail at Bullbo (Clewer) A 2 year old black pretty bitch with good qualities, a pleasing head, lovely expression, fairly flat skull with correct ear set, good coat of correct texture. Square in profile, sound mover

2.             747       Dagsljus Against All Odds at Claran (IMP) (Andrew) A 2 year old petite sable bitch just pushing the minimum measure. Feminine head of correct proportions

3.         779       Bulbas Staring Stephenie for Lindcoly (Saich)

Class 113      Limit Bitch (2:0a)

1.             767       Spellcast Talk to Da Tail (King) A 3 year old medium size cream bitch with good qualities, a pleasing head, lovely expression, correct pigment, ears set good and alert. Good length of neck leading into well set shoulders. Tailset high and well carried, Good coat of correct texture. Sound moving from all directions but slightly on the long side which probably aided her brisk, effortless gait around the ring.  A rarity in this breed. Pushed hard for the CC. - RCC

2.         775       Wyndlee Lawdy Miss Clawdy at Jomihvar (Richardson) A 3 year old orange bitch, with a correct shaped head. Self coloured pigment, Strong neck of good length but not over done leading into well set shoulders. Correct coat and texture, moved well

Class 114      Open Bitch (6:4a)

1.         774       Ch. Pufnstuf Put a Spell on You at Sobriety (Orr)  A young black bitch that possesses some very good quality, lovely head and expression, strong neck of good length but not over done leading into a firm level top line. Tail set high and well feathered, correct coat, moved soundly and with style at all times, slightly wide in front lovely to go over, good front & fore chest, well boned legs & tight feet, lovely body & enough rear angulation. Neat brisk mover with a particularly good front & side gait. Well handled and presented. - CC

2.         766       Druitz Cariad Bach of Grizwold (King) A 4 year old orange bitch, correct feminine wedge shaped head, small erect ears, slightly round eyes, clean neck well into shoulders. Square in profile and moved well
