I don't feel that the Mittels have improved as much as the Kleins, and was disturbed to find several bad mouths which are quite unacceptable in this breed. Too many today lacked body and had short ribs and unfortunately many round eyes. If the Klein breeders have made many of these faults go away with better breeding, then you must too.

MPD (2) 1 Smith's Jansanleis The Chancer. BPIB, white, good for size and substance, liked his head, balanced and typical, dark well shaped eye, correct shoulder and deep rib, sound when he eventually settled. 2 Saich's Lindcoly Fozzie Bear. Cream sable, very attractive in outline, good bone and feet, need time.

PD (2) 1 Saich's Lindcoly Fozzie Bear. 2 Holmes' Wyndlee Storm Rising. Black well up for size, sweet head and expression, ears a bit big and at the moment not sound.

JD (5, 2) 1 Cook & Clayton's Studholme Moon Orbit. Black and white, square and typical in outline, well blananced and sound with a correct tail, good bone and neat feet, attractive dog. 2 Saich & Saich's Lindcoly It's Cheeko Time. Brown, longer in outline, but a very attractive dog with a lovely handsome head, well shaped dark eye level topline and plenty of substance.

PGD (4, 1) 1 Davies' Nixtev Serylius. Cream, square and very sound, good solid body, deep rib and strong level topline and correctly placed and carried tail, very attractive in head shape and proportions, really good type of dog. 2 Godridge's Flamuna Mani. Gold, bit bigger and just not so square as first, scored in head and eye, bone and feet. 3 Hearson's Nixtev Uraxys At Jumasue.

LD (5, 1) This was a very disappointing class, struggled to find anything that I really liked. 1 Saich & Saich's Zephon Akio At Lindcoly. Wolf sable with a great head, eye and ear carriage, he has correct front but badly lacked body all through, he is sound enough but very badly behaved for this level of competition. 2 McWilliam & McWilliam's Nixtev Raziel At Istramac. Cream with a good square typical outline, in great coat, balanced in head and good tail. Moved soundly but wide in front. 3 Saich's Hocombewood Hot Toddy For Lindcoly.

OD (6, 1) 1 Hewett's Spellcast Shout About It CC & BOB, Superb black, just right everywhere, square in outline with a really super masculine head, flat skull, balanced muzzle and skull, correct eye shape and colour, perfect ears, in great coat with lovely frill, solid bone and neat cat foot, so sound and stylish it was lovely to watch him move. Impressive dog. 2 Williams' Spellcast Talk To Da Paw At Trebettyn ShCM. Res CC, very similar black to first, just a bit bigger all through, not too big I hasten to add, just right for size, he is so stylish and typical of the best of the breed today and was unlucky to meet first in such cracking form today. Super head and grand body. 3 Smith's Ch Spellcast Jivetalking.

MPB (2) 1 Saich's Lindcoly Wishing On A Star. Orange sable, square and solid, lovely head, eye and ear placement, good rib and topline, well set and carried tail, moved soundly, very promising. 2 Saich & Saich's Lindcoly Pixie Princess. Black, a really lovely baby, with a super head and eye. Just a little long at moment but think she will balance up in time, very naughty too, but quite promising.

PB (5, 2) 1 Andrew's Claran Pepperpots. Orange sable, no coat, but all the better to see her great construction, she is beautifully made all through and must have a promising future when her coat growes. Sweetest of heads, with great ear placement, sound bone and neat cat feet, great lengthy rib and forecheast. Sound and precise on the move, one to watch. 2 Saich's Lindcoly Wishing On A Star. 3 Saich & Saich's Lindcoly Pixie Princess.

JB (2) 1 Chambers' Musique Charismatic. Brown, another who had left her coat at home, but nevertheless a very pleasing young bitch. Scored in head, bone, rib and tail. Balanced & typical, with a coat she will surely be a star? 2 Bellingham's Grizwold Moons Mystic Charm. Cream and white, very pretty feminine bitch with a lovely head and dark expressive eye, in super coat and condition, just not so sound as first today.

PGB (2) 1 Saich & Saich's Zephon The Thunderstorm At Lindcoly. Black of quality, sound and stylish on the move with a lovely free brisk stride. Grand head and eye, best of outlines, neck, topline and tail. Very attractive and sound bitch. 2 Davies' Zephon The Firestorm At Undeg. Wolf sable, out of coat but a very pretty and feminine bitch with a good neck and body, deep rib, level back and well developed rear. Moved well both ways.

LB (6, 2) Really lovely class of quality bitches that were all worthy of a first prize today. 1 Pooley's Spellcast Talking Secrets With Azkaban. CC, it's no secret that this bitch captivated me today, square, sound and balanced all through, head to die for, flat skull, great wedge muzzle, dark expressive eye, sound bone and neat cat feet, forecheast, deep lengthy rib and strong short loin in level back, excellent tail carriage. The whole package just screamed quality and her movement is sound typical and free. Delighted to award her the CC. 2 Barnes, Mann & Hewett's Spellcast Talking About Me. Res CC, full litter sister to above from repeat mating, and has everything her sister has, perfect outline, graceful and feminine she is a real picture, and just as sound, this for me was the most difficult decision of the day, but her sisters bigger personality won me over. 3 Alfred's Rossfort Black Girl At Teamor.

OB (4, 2) Two very lovely creams. 1 Barnes & King's Ch Spellcast Talk To Da Tail. Mature and in great coat she is balanced and sound with a good brisk positive stride, lovely feminine head with a good neck, bone topline and tail, quality all through. 2 Purves' Ch Rossfort Griselda. Another superb quality bitch who has the most lovely eye and expression, sound body with good angles, typical and lovely bitch in good coat and very sound.
