Critique

Overall a quality entry, there were some very nice Mittels here today.

PD (1) 1 Saich’s Lindcoly Fozzie Bear, very smart youngster, developing well, good head & eye, body developing well. Needs to settle but this will come. Very promising. JD (2) 1 L Fozzie Bear; 2 Brock & Peterson’s Wyndlee Storm Chasing for Pomkins, very nice black who didn’t do himself justice when being handled. Needs much firmer handling as he is well made & moved well. PGD (3) 1 Thomas’ Daraydala Lorenzo, black, lovely head & expression, well placed ears, dark eyes, good for bone & feet. Moved well behind, a little loose in front; 2 W Storm Chasing for Pomkins; 3 Heslop’s Flamuna Arktouros. LD (2) 1 McWilliam’s Nixtev Raziel at Istramac, smart & well made, good head & eye, enough bone & correct feet. Nice shoulders, neck & topline. Well made body. Good action behind, a little wide in front but did enough to take CC; 2 Saich’s Hocombewood Hot Toddy for Lindcoly, rather sluggish on the move but good overall balance in head & body. OD (2) 1 Garbutt’s Nixtev Polarize, very nice in head & expression, good for bone & feet, nice neck & shoulder, steady & sound action both ways. RCC; 2 Saich’s Zephon Akio at Lindcoly, gave handler a hard time as wouldn’t settle on the move. Topline could be firmer. VD (0).

PB (4) 1 Clyde’s Jansanleis Shot Of Love, smart & good to handle when settled. Good head & pigment, nice bone & feet, strong neck & body. Should have a good future when she gets her act together. BP & RCC; 2 Garbutt & Corkin’s Nixtev Vanquish, similar in many ways to 1. Not quite as forward in body properties; 3 Saich’s Lindcoly Wishing On A Star. JB (3) 1 J Shot Of Love; 2 L Wishing On A Star; 3 Saich’s Lindcoly Pixie Princess. PGB (3) 1 Saich’s Zephon The Thunderstorm at Lindcoly, more substance than 2 & handled better. Good shoulders, bone & feet. Moved out smartly both ways; 2 Thomas’ Daraydala Lola, a little wide in front on the move but has a lovely head & overall good balance; 3 Mountain’s Musique Hot To Trot at Hocombewood. LB (4) 1 Purves’ Bulabs Endora, good for size & balance when stacked looked really good. Nice outline & made good use of her ears. Steady mover; 2 Garbutt’s Oh My God av Ostretunet, not as balanced as 1 & a little stuffy in neck & body. Inclined to tuck herself up spoiling outline; 3 Saich’s Bulabs Staring Stephenie for Lindcoly. OB (4) 1 Purves’ Ch Rossfort Griselda, on top form & looked the part. Handles very well, feminine head, good angulation both ends & excellent mover. CC & BOB: 2 Heslop’s Flamuna Babyshambles, brown with lots to like but out of coat today; 3 B Staring Stephenie for Lindcoly. VB (1) 1 Moir’s Ch Nixtev Liberty at Jansanleis.
