German Spit (Mittel)
PD: 1. Rogerson’s Fisher Bloom Black Shamen. Beautiful wedge shaped head and mischievous expression. Broad flat skull topped with neat triangular ears. Darkest of eyes with blackest of pigment. Excellent angles front and rear ensured he moved briskly and tidily once settled. Coat still coming through but what he has is harsh and gleaming. Not as compact as 2 but his correct head proportions and tidy movement won him the class.RBD and BP.
2. Clayton’s Studholme Bone Cruncher. Well muscled, masculine, black in good coat. Excellent outline when standing with good level topline. Wide flat skull and neat ears. Excellent rear movement . Very close decision between these two promising youngsters and I really had to nit pick.

PGD: Connor’s Galvizach Daraydala Class Act. Cream boy rather unsettled today and not keen to show off his virtues. Beautiful wedge shaped head with dark eyes and black pigment. Not in his best jacket today but what he has is correct harsh texture. Extremely well put together and in stance he has the perfect proportions with well muscled moderately angulated rear. Movement was difficult to assess today.

OD: 1. Smith’s Ch Spellcast Jivetalking. 6 year old Black. I have judged this boy before in an indoor ring and I thought him superb then but he was even better today in an outdoor ring with the sun reflecting on his plentiful, harsh, immaculately presented coat. I loved him for his balance, type and outline along with his ideal Spitz head. Good width to skull with ideal muzzle to skull ratio. He has good fill under his dark eyes to give the correct Spitz expression.Very self assured and confident he knows he is top quality. Strong neck into well placed shoulders. He has excellent bone and neat tidy feet. Good depth of rib and strong loin. Level topline held on the move. Well set tail. Strong muscled rear enabled him to move effortlessly around the ring at one with his handler. He didn't put a foot wrong all day. I had no hesitation in awarding him BD & BOB.
2. Hearson’s Nixtev Uraxys At Jumasue. 3 year old unlucky to meet 1. Good coat of correct texture. Good head with correct proportions and neat ears. Black pigment and dark correctly shaped eyes. Good bone.Excellent body shape. Good side gait.

VD: Afred’s Liubice Just William. 9 year old White. Overflowing with personality this boy was really enjoying his day. Good head with well set ears which he used constantly. Good balance of skull to muzzle. Darkest of pigment. Correct harsh coat. Good rib, sufficient bone and neat feet. Well let down hocks. Excellent movement all ways. Considered him for RBD but he was just pipped by the puppy winner. BV & Utility Veteran Group 4.

PB: 1. Thomas’ Clarmers Talking Mischief With Kelmorespitz . Very feminine black. Good skull to muzzle proportions. Pleasing expression. Well placed ears. Good rib and neat loin. Moved soundly when settled.
2. Rolleston & Hall’s Kelham Love Is In The Air. Cream very close up to 1 but today I Just preferred the head and expression of 1. Excellent outlines and good reach of neck. Good rib, neat feet. Good tight elbows. Not in her best jacket today but what she has is the correct texture.

PGB: Clayton’s Galvizach Moon Chimes. This cream lady really showed her socks off all day. Lovely Spitz expression from well proportioned head and neat ears. Well placed tail and level top line that she held on the move. Well muscled throughout. RBB

OB: Connor’s Galvizach Daraydala Top Class. Her name says it all this really is a top class lady and doesn't she know it. So ultra feminine. She has an excellent head and typical Spitz expression. Small triangular ears and dark well set eyes. Good flat skull and correct balance of skull to muzzle. Her strong neck leads into well placed shoulders and deep rounded ribs. Strong loin and well angulated rear. Level topline and well set tail. Her outline is stunning. Excellent movement.BB.
