Critique

MITTEL – MPD (2,1) 1 William & Gitthins’ Cadasaro Party Animal, pleasing size. Nice head, eye & bite. Good legs & feet. Pleasing body for age. Good front extension in profile but crabbing out & back. PD (1) 1 RBD Hewett’s Spellcast Talk Tidee, brown of good balance. Well shaped head, good eye & bite. Neat well set ears. Neat front feet OK. Good rib & topline. Well presented coat. Good extension in front. A little untidy in front which should improve as he matures. JD (1) 1 S Talk Tidee. YD (2) 1 Hall’s Sobriety’s Grizzly Bear for Rufnstuf, brown at the top end for size. Good well shaped masculine head. Good ears, eyes & bite. Good bone & neat feet. Good rib & tailset. Well muscled quarters. Moved soundly & holds himself well in profile; 2 Saich’s Lindcoly Mischief Maker, black, correct head shape, neat ears. Eyes could be darker, nice bite. Fair front & feet. Nice body & tailset. Moved OK but tended to crab. PGD (2) 1 Saich’s Lindcoly Fozzie Bear, sable, nice head, good ears, nice eyes & bite. Straight legs, neat feet. Pleasing body & rib, level topline. Nice quarters. Moved soundly; 2 Hearson’s Nixtev Uraxys at Jumasue, white. One I have done well by previously. Unfortunately today, he insisted on crabbing despite being given several opportunities. Good masculine head. Good pigment. Good front & feet, well ribbed body & coat of good texture. LD (5,1) 1 Wilson’s Nickila Silver Sovereign, sable, good head balance, good ears & placement. Eyes could be darker. Compact shape. Straight front, nice body & good topline. Moved soundly ideally would prefer a little more width in front; 2 S Grizzly Bear for R; 3 Saich’s Hocombewood Hot Toddy for Lindcoly, br/s. Nice head proportions, good eye & bite. Nice legs. Good body & rib. Another which crabbed on the move. OD (3) 1 Garbutt’s Nixtev Polarize, cream, well proportioned. Dark eye, pigment OK. Good expression & neat ears. Good bone & tidy feet. Good rib & body & well muscled quarters. Good coat & texture. Good brisk action although a little close behind; 2 Saich’s Zephon Akio at Lindcoly, wolf/s. Good alert expression, good bite & nice eye. Front a little 10 to 2. Nice neck & body, in good coat. Smart brisk action; 3 Hewett’s Ch Spellcast Shout About It, did not stay for critique. VD (3) 1 BOB RBIS BVIS Hewett’s Ch Spellcast Secrets And Lies, red, super make & shape. Lovely alert expression, dark eye, good mouth. Good front & tidy feet. Good body & rib, level topline. Good quarters. Coat of correct texture. Smart, brisk, sound movement with excellent profile; 2 Alfred’s Liubice Just William, white, a tad longer cast than 1. Good head shape, nice mouth, excellent pigment. Good legs & feet. Pleasing body & rib, level topline. Good quarters. In fair coat. Brisk sound action; 3 Pooley’s Wyndlee Short N’ Sweet at Azkaban, did not stay for critique.

MPB (2) Two nice pups. 1 RBB BPIS Garbutt’s Nixtev Yazara, super compact shape & size. Really feminine head, good eye & mouth. Good legs & tight feet. Nice neck, good rib & level topline. Good brisk action & good outline in profile; 2 Francis & Pearce’s Longsdale’s One And Only, another promising youngster. Alert & good expression. Lovely dark pigment, good mouth. Nice legs & tidy feet. Nice neck & fair body for age, level topline, nice quarters. Smart brisk action just preferred 1’s compactness. PB (2,1) 1 Pooley’s Azkaban Keep The Faith, feminine head, dark eye, good bite. Straight front & neat feet. Fair neck, a little narrow & needs more body & this reflected in her movement. Coat OK. JB (4) 1 Hamer & Cree’s Clarmers Best Buds with Gibbcree, well proportioned. Lovely feminine head, good eye, neat ears. Good legs & feet. Nice neck, would prefer a little more body, level topline & moderate rear angulation. In fair coat. Smart brisk movement & nice profile; 2 Purves’ Bulabs Blonde Lady, cream, a tad longer than 1. Nicely balanced head, ears could be a tad smaller. Correct shaped dark eye. Good legs, feet OK. Good body & tailset. Level topline. Smart brisk gait; 3 Wells’ Bulabs Lady Penelope at Wolfcreek, white, nice alert expression. Good pigment. Straight front, body proportion OK. Sound movement. YB (2) 1 B Blonde Lady; 2 B Lady Penelope at W. PGB (3) 1 Helsop’s Flamuna Khione, black, good make & shape. She was totally out of coat, so nothing to hide. Pleasing feminine outlook, nice eye, well placed ears. Straight front & tidy feet. Good neck, fair rib, level topline with good tailset. Sound movement & nice profile; 2 Saich’s Lindcoly Pixie Princess, black, a tad longer than 1. Pleasing wedge head, nice eye, good bite. Straight front & feet OK. Nice body & level topline. Brisk action but crabbed a little; 3 Saich’s Lindcoly Wishing On A Star, sable, a tad longer than 1. Alert expression, nice eye shape & well set ears. Front OK, tidy feet. Prefer a little more neck, nice rib. Lost her profile on the move. LB (5,1) Nice class. 1 Alfred’s Nixtev Vitesse at Teamor, cream, compact shape. Alert expression. Dark eye & good pigment & bite. Ears OK. Nice neck, body & tailset. Sound movement. Well presented coat; 2 Purves’ Bulabs Leading Lady, cream, of good type. Well proportioned head, good pigment, nice eye shape. Good legs & bone, feet could be tighter. Nice rib & body with level topline. Brisk action & pleased in profile; 3 Pooley’s Spellcast Talking Secrets With Azkaban, black, feminine outlook, nice eye shape. Pleasing front & tidy feet. Nice body & level topline. Sound movement. OB (7,2) Another good class. 1 BB Garbutt’s Ch Oh My God av Ostretunet, cream, compact shape. Well shaped head, correct eye shape, good bite & small high set ears. Good front & feet. Well bodied & ribbed, level topline & well muscled quarters. Well presented coat. Sound movement both ways; 2 Francis & Pearce’s Ch Nixtev Selenia with Longsdale, cream with pleasing head, dark eyes & good pigment. Nice neck & good body & rib, level topline & nicely muscled quarters. Well presented coat. A tad longer than 1 & preferred 1’s fore & aft movement; 3 Saich’s Zephon The Thunderstorm at Lindcoly, well balanced black. Lovely feminine head. Nice eye shape & good bite. Straight front & feet OK. Fair neck & nice body. Good sound movement. VB (3,2) 1 Alfred’s Rossfort Violet Elizabeth at Teamor, cream, of good compact shape.
