Critique

MITTEL: PD (6) 1 Rogerson’s Nosregor Mystical Myth. Stunning crea,. beautiful head, super mouth and pigment. Well bodied and balanced boy, up to size, doesn’t need to be bigger. Good bone, well angulated and muscled backend. Moves well behind and rather extravagant in front - needs to settle. One to watch. CC, Best of Breed, Best Puppy and 3rd in Puppy group. 2 Powell’s Desaria Disraeli at Brookwell. Sable boy, really well made. Lovely head and expression and still puppyish. Good front and well angulated behind. Moves well fore and aft. 3 Hickman’s Nosregor Cadberys Dream Boy at Kateandy.

JD (2) 1 Rogerson’s Veratina Born to be Wild at Nosregor. Another cracker from this stable. Super head and expression, neat well placed ears and good pigment. Good front and tailset. Well bodied boy, moving well. 2 Roberts’ Veratina Dark Shadow. Wolf sable, unlucky to meet the winner and sadly out of coat on the day. Pleasing head type. Well bodied and moving well. Well hanalded.

PGD (6) 1 Blight’s Rosechow Cappachino. Sable. Very well balanced and showing his heart out. Good head, lovely eyes, good ear and coat. Scored on his movement. 2 Williams’ Druitz Benedict Arnold JW. Orange sable of super type. Not in his best bib and tucker but a well made dog altogether. Moved well behind. 3 Williams’ Druitz General Montgomery.

LD (7) 1 Andrews’ Kuseley Mattie Brown from Runfold. Super well balanced brown boy. Dense coat of good texture. Well bodied, good head type and expression. Tight tailset. Handles very well. Tight knit front assembly and moved very well fore and aft. Pushed very hard for Res CC. 2 Day’s Loki’s Gold Ingot. Very nice type pale gold. Good head, well placed ears. Lovely mouth. Well bodied up. Good tail set. Moved well both ways. 3 Hill’s Killima Chacmool.

OD (3) 1 Rogerson’s Ch Nosregor Ellans Vallin. Rich brown I have admired for ages. Excels in balance and type. Super head and expression, well placed ears. Good neck and tailset. Well ribbed up and well muscled. He has that little extra something. Res CC - had to give way to his son. 2 Powell’s Kuseley Kloves at Brookwell. Wolf sable. Another well made dog, full of quality. I preferred the head of the winner, but she moved very well, though she was getting fed up! 3 Curson and Hindley’s Shelayne Could It Be Magic.

PB (4) 1 Sear’s Desaria Dilys. Very feminine baby. Pleasing head, good front and tailset. Pleasing body, a bit bum high at present. Moved both ways. 2 Gardner and Duke’s Claran Toffee Apple at Daraydala. Lovely typy bitch, lost to winner on movement. Good coat texture, head and ear placement. Pleasing body and tailset. 3 Roberts’ Veratina Bonnie Blue.

JB (3) 1 Orchard’s Runfold Fatal Attraction from Spilmar. Very pretty cream sable showing true Spitz temperament amd unbothered by the heat. Sadly out of coat on the day. Pleasing body, good tailset. Moves very well behind.

PGB (3) 1 Powell’s Kuseley’s Desaria Dee. Brown. Pleasing head and expression. Good body and tailset. Good coat texture. Moved very well fore and aft. Would like a little more leg to finish the balanced picture. 2 Blight’s Rosechow Chantilly Lace. Orange sable, very pretty bitch and unlucky to meet the winner. Pleasing body but little longer cast. Moved very nicely.

LB (7) 1 Andrew’s Runfold April Folly Among Marles. Black/tan with very good head and eye. Well placed ears. Very good body and bone. Would prefer more offstanding coat to complete the picture. Won this class easily with her very positive movement. 2 Chambers’ Dramidas Haza Parti for Musique. Black and white parti. PLeasing head and expression. Not the substance of the winner. Good tailset, pleasing body. Moved well and drives well from behind. 3 Roberts’ Kuseley Fracas at Shamead.

OB (6) 1 Rogerson’s Shelayne Englands Rose. Beautifully well balanced black, never stopped showing. Super head and eye, neat well placed ears. Well ribbed up at back, good tailset. Good legs and feet. Moved well fore and aft. CC. 2 Garbutt’s Ch Runfold China Crisis at Nixtev. Cream. Feminine head, lovely clean eyes, good pigment. Well bodied, not quite as balanced as the winner. Moves well fore and aft. A worthy Champion. Res CC. 3 Hickman’s Nosregor Cadberries Girl.
