GERMAN SPITZ - MITTEL

Many thanks to this Society for giving me my first Mittel appointment.  The show itself was extremely well run and my ring stewards were excellent. What would we do without them. Also thanks to all exhibitors or a lovely quality entry, all well presented and for their kind remarks and pleasantries which crowned a lovely day. PD (1) 1. O’Leary’s Cadasaro Gerhard. 11 months well balanced dog with pleasing rib, good top-line, nice front assembly and moved out OK both coming and going. JD (3) 1. Monks’ Rozibon Adventure Begins. 12 months black and tan with lovely head and expression, well bodied with good overall profile and moved well. 2. Rogerson’s Cadasaro Georgie with Nosregor (IKC). Well proportioned head, good use of ears, nicely bodied up with good tail set and moved well, won BPIB on maturity. 3. Taylor’s Tispitza’s Lullaby of Woe. YD (1) 1. Rogerson’s Nosregor Sticking Around. Good head and ear placement in nice neck and shoulders, good rib and loin and moved out purposely. PGD (1) 1. Saich’s Lindcoly Polarbear. A happy fellow who enjoyed his day out, pleasing head, dark eye but reluctant to use his ears at times, nicely bodied, correct front and moved out ok. LD (5,2) 1. Rogerson’s Nosregor In A Land of Myth. Lovely overall balance and shape being short coupled, nice spring of rib, all set off by attractive head and expression and moved both ways well. 2. Pearce/Francis’ Kelham Kind Hearted Longsdale. Excellent head with dark eye and well used ears, nice reach of neck into well ribbed body and moved well. 3. Drew’s Doroluna If The Crown Fits. OD (5) 1. Blight’s Ch/Ir Ch/Int Ch. Izlou Float Ma Boat. 5 year old black and tan, super wedge head, dark eye, ears well used, good neck and shoulders and excellent spring of rib, very well balanced with super outline, good bone, true front with good depth of chest, well coated and moved very well for DCC & BOB. 2. Barnes/King’s Ch. Izlou Shiver Me Timbers. Black of very similar type and a close decision, another excellent example of the breed with all of the above attributes and could easily change places on other occasions, not surprised to find they were litter brothers, RDCC. 3. Pearce/Francis/Roberts’ Ch. Longsdales Rebel Rouser at Cwrtafon JW. VD (1) 1. Saich’s Hocombewood Hot Toddy for Lindcoly. 13 years brown sable who still enjoys his day out, nice head and neck into good body and outline with super tail set and moved really well. MPB (1) 1. Andrew’s Claran Moon Beam. Promising 6 month old cream/sable extrovert with feminine head, lovely expression, well ribbed body of good shape and moved out well. PB (1) 1. Nicholls’ Izlou Muffin Compares for Shyllar. Black bitch, very attentive to her handler, nicely proportioned head, good ear placement, nicely ribbed on pleasing body substance, good tail carriage and moved out ok. JB (3,1) 1. Purves’ Kitsune Cream Fudge. Feminine head into lovely reach of neck, true top-line, pleasing rib and body, nice overall profile and moved well. 2. Saich’s Lindcoly She’s A Knockout.  Wolf/sable of good size and construction, pleasing head, attentive, well balanced with lovely tail carriage and moved ok. YB (4,1) 1. Barnes/King’s Izlou The Truffle Maker. Lovely head into super neck and good body being well ribbed, lovely overall balance and moved well. 2. Moir/Mackenzie’s Jansanleis Rave JW. Nice head and ears, good front, ample substance set off by lovely tail carriage and moved out ok both ways. 3. Saich’s Lindcoly She’s A Knockout. LB (4,1) 1. Barnes/King’s Kitsune The Lioness at Izlou (AI). A black with lovely feminine head, dark eye, good use of ears, strong neck into good top-line with excellent spring of rib and good top-line, correct front with good bone, moved out well both ways, a striking overall picture for BCC and I am told later that this made her up, congratulations. 2. Fitton’s Nosregor Cassiopeia at Shelayne. Good wedge of head, lovely use of ears, good neck and body with good rib and loin and moved well. 3. Drew’s Doroluna’s Diamond Crown. OB (4,1) 1. Pearce/Francis’ Ch. Longsdale Miss Mussell. Well balanced with correct length of leg and tight feet, lovely head and expression into super neck, well ribbed body with good coat texture and moved very well, RBCC. 2 O’Leary’s Cadasaro Dreams Big. Sable/white with pleasing head, good front assembly, excellent top-line, good profile being well balanced and moved well. 3. Drew’s Izlou Peanut Passion. VB (3) 1. Williams’ Ch. Dulais Moonlight over Paris at Trebettyn JW. 7 years sable with lovely feminine head set off by excellent ears, well used, well ribbed up with good loin and nice overall balance, moved out well for BVIB. 2. Saich’s Lindcoly Wishing On A Star. 10 years old sable with good head and typical ears, good spring of rib and nice body shape and moved out well. 3. Moir’s Ch. Jansanleis Mayhem JW.
